I was able to get resolution for my…Sinusitis I was able to get resolution for my illness very quickly and the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The process was hassle free.

ZERO STARS ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I sought out K Health for enticing "weight loss medication prescriptions" I was over charged for labs bc the did not code it right so my insurance would not cover. Also, I got one month of weight loss medication THEN it was stopped. Do not fall for this app, I learned the hard way! Such a crock website. And the "doctor visits" are all via text and I could swear they do not even read your responses and just ask the same questions. Seems more like "AI" than actual medical knowledge and guidance. So sucky!!!!

This place is a scam This place is a scam. They charge you $50 for even singing up even though the card entry screen tells you you will not be charged. I'm currently on hold with the help line as they give me the run around on a refund request even though I cancelled immediately, and never even used the app/service.

Absolute worst experience I have had… Absolute worst experience I have had with an online Health Provider. You will be charged no matter if you are helped with your issue or not. Would not recommend! These guys are scam artists!

App disconnected while trying to live chat with doctor. Dr. Phillips contacted me about my test result and to discuss what is going since our initial visit. When I followed the directions to connect, I immediately got a text message telling me my session ended. I tried reconnecting until midnight. I still have not been able to connect on the app. Out frustration I called my doctor office today to see if they would be able to at the results and write a prescription. I continued trying to reconnect on the app all day. No contact still. Now we are going to have to paid my doctor to rerun test. Not only will we have to pay another visit but we will now have to pay Labcorp for the same test to be ran again. I hope our insurance will not make us pay for full cost of the lab work. I only used K Health because it was a Saturday. Previous visits were fine. I most likely will not use K Health again.
