This place is a scam This place is a scam. They charge you $50 for even singing up even though the card entry screen tells you you will not be charged. I'm currently on hold with the help line as they give me the run around on a refund request even though I cancelled immediately, and never even used the app/service.

Option to Chat via Text I was glad to have several options for communication. I would rather chat than video chat or voice call. The other virtual clinics approved by my insurance only options were phone call or video chat.

Charged twice and then charged 147$… Charged twice and then charged 147$ after being told my membership was cancelled. They won’t refund me and gave me the run around with their doctors so in total Im out of 200$ for absolutely nothing. AND I still haven’t been treated so yeah I hate this platform.

This place is a scam This place is a scam. I signed for a one membership at a rate of 50 dollars. They then charged me 150 and refuse to refund me my money back. I am taking this to small claims because that’s not the membership I signed up for. I still haven’t been able to cancel this membership and there’s been no one to contact to cancel. A complete nightmare!

Billing Scam? This place appears to be a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR YOUR ANNUAL WELLNESS SCREENING. We booked a virtual wellness exam for which is covered by insurance. This is used to qualify for reduced insurance rates at work. When they billed our insurance, they did not bill it as an Wellness exam. So we were charged the full amount and it did not qualify us for reduced rates. We had to go the wellness exam somewhere else. Khealth customer service was not able to assist in any way. Avoid them at all costs and find a real provider!
