Option to Chat via Text I was glad to have several options for communication. I would rather chat than video chat or voice call. The other virtual clinics approved by my insurance only options were phone call or video chat.

This place is a scam This place is a scam. I signed for a one membership at a rate of 50 dollars. They then charged me 150 and refuse to refund me my money back. I am taking this to small claims because that’s not the membership I signed up for. I still haven’t been able to cancel this membership and there’s been no one to contact to cancel. A complete nightmare!

Very pleasant experience Very pleasant experience. The waiting was a little long but that was to be expected given the time in the night I started the chat. After connecting with the NP, the chat and solution was over in like 10min and she was super nice and non-judgy. Very pleasant!

I was able to get resolution for my…Sinusitis I was able to get resolution for my illness very quickly and the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The process was hassle free.

Good and bad experience My recent experience with the Nurse Practitioner Katherine Richey was great, but the experienced I had with the previous nurse practitioner Nicole Adamiak was horrible. She changed my medication dosage abruptly without my consent which made my anxiety came back really bad.
