I sought out K Health for enticing "weight loss medication prescriptions" I was over charged for labs bc the did not code it right so my insurance would not cover. Also, I got one month of weight loss medication THEN it was stopped. Do not fall for this app, I learned the hard way! Such a crock website. And the "doctor visits" are all via text and I could swear they do not even read your responses and just ask the same questions. Seems more like "AI" than actual medical knowledge and guidance. So sucky!!!!

K Health "Please Contact Us" Doesn't Work Charged but received no medication. Contacted "support" repeatedly, for a MONTH, yet the problem is unresolved. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH! If K Health can provide no tracking, it is obvious the medication was not sent. Yet, I'm charged and the matter remains unresolved. The "please contact us" response they post HERE is USELESS. I've done that for a MONTH. Repeatedly. Scam.

Good and bad experience My recent experience with the Nurse Practitioner Katherine Richey was great, but the experienced I had with the previous nurse practitioner Nicole Adamiak was horrible. She changed my medication dosage abruptly without my consent which made my anxiety came back really bad.

I was able to get resolution for my…Sinusitis I was able to get resolution for my illness very quickly and the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The process was hassle free.

Differing Doctor Opinions Left Me In UTI Limbo I came to K health seeking treatment for a UTI. Started one antibiotic that didn’t give me relief after three full days of taking it. So, I went back to the chat to say that the med wasn’t working. I spoke with a doctor who advised me to go submit urine to LabCorp and that once I showed the receipt I had done that, I would be prescribed a new antibiotic while they wait a few days for the urine culture to come back. When I went back to the chat to upload my receipt, I had a different doctor who flat out refused to give me a new antibiotic despite the fact that I met the conditions of what I was supposed to do. Needless to say, I called my regular doctor and got an appointment for today. All in all, a waste of time and money I don’t have. There needs to be some level of consistency among the doctors.
