GBit’s giving scam and bad customer service i ordered a specific type of birth control and they sent me something totally random :/ when i asked about it they said it was a generic, but charged me the same amount. aren’t generics supposed to be cheaper ?? and why would you send me something i didn’t order when the confirmation email says i will be getting the brand i ordered ? just the worst.

GBJust want your money I have been using simple health now for a couple of year. I never had a problem till recently. As of today I noticed that for whatever reason I’m being charged $80 for my birth control that I used to get for free with my insurance. Apparently I was charged $80 in August too but I didn’t notice. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem if I was notified of this new change. But I wasn’t notified whatsoever. My insurance also didn’t change so that is very frustrating. They act like they want to help women and make things easy and affordable but it looks to me that they don’t care anymore. Very disappointed they definitely lost a patient.

GBTotal waste of time I was charged $80 on August 1st for my four month pill refill. I STILL have not even received a shipping confirmation much less my pills. I'm completely unprotected against pregnancy. Today I was charged $80 again. This is ridiculous and "please give us up to 5 business days to respond" is absolutely unacceptable when it comes to important health issues.

GBBad service Placed order on 3/18, it's now 3/30 and I haven't gotten my stuff delivered already. They just now sent me an email saying they couldn't fill the prescription. This was my first time using insurance and it's taking way longer than when I would pay out of pocket. Also they don't answer emails well and leave you hanging wondering what's gonna happen next. Seriously sucks please try another website that actually works.

GBDo not recommend. I have had so much trouble with this company, so many issues have arose at every step. They don't even offer phone support, you have to email them and wait for a response. I'd recommend using a different online birth control provider, like nurx or something else.
