GB100% recommend!! I honestly LOVED my experience with Simple Health. I wanted to switch my brand of pill since I was having issues with my old one, and their team answered all the questions I had with expertise. They were super transparent with me on side effects, pricing, shipping, etc! I love that I don’t have to remember to go and pick up my new packs and they just come straight to me - especially during covid. Would 100% recommend.

GBDon’t trust Simple Health has now turned into a scam. I used their company for 2 years with no problem until now. They randomly switched to a “cash-pay only” platform and do not accept insurance anymore. They also didn’t alert their customers of this change and expected us all to be okay with it. My birth control went from free with insurance to $60 every refill. They claim to provide “affordable birth control”, but that’s just a lie now.

GBDon't trust the sponsorships! I started the service a year ago and had no issues until 2 weeks ago. It was time to renew my prescription and for some reason couldn't verify my phone number. I tried contacting them thinking I need to wait for 2 WEEKS! But then just decided to get another service. I went through the motions of deleting my account. But they recently charged me for a prescription I haven't renewed. I plan on disputing it so I'll see how that goes but don't trust them!

GBMoving away from insurance to cash is… Moving away from insurance to cash is the worst thing you can do to people, especially during these horrendous financial times. Such a slap in the face and its just plain selfish. Another example of how healthcare has moved away from taking care of the patient. Its all about making money off of people

GBAbsolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible!! I have stopped taking birth control for almost a year now because of adverse side effects. However I am still being charged and sent birth control every 3 months. I am being refused a refund and was told that my subscription is now 100% canceled. Now they have transferred to twentyeight which is now charging me. I have screen shots and emails that prove my subscription is canceled and I’m still being refused a refund. This is the worst thing I have ever had to deal with and I will soon be seeking legal advise.
