GBDefinitely a scam Well, I wish I had read these reviews before trying SimpleHealth. Despite having Blue Cross Blue Shield (a very very common insurance), they do not accept my insurance. They threatened to charge me for $75 unless I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours. They also refused to refund me for a $20 consultation fee. No doubt in my mind this company is a scam. What healthcare subscription service wouldn't accept Blue Cross?

GBTotal waste of time I was charged $80 on August 1st for my four month pill refill. I STILL have not even received a shipping confirmation much less my pills. I'm completely unprotected against pregnancy. Today I was charged $80 again. This is ridiculous and "please give us up to 5 business days to respond" is absolutely unacceptable when it comes to important health issues.

GB100% recommend!! I honestly LOVED my experience with Simple Health. I wanted to switch my brand of pill since I was having issues with my old one, and their team answered all the questions I had with expertise. They were super transparent with me on side effects, pricing, shipping, etc! I love that I don’t have to remember to go and pick up my new packs and they just come straight to me - especially during covid. Would 100% recommend.

GBGreat idea in theory Great idea in theory, but the company doesn't do its best to make sure deliveries are on time or that the BC prescribed is the right amount for their patients. Within two days of me starting the Xulane patch, I was hit with intense nausea and vomiting, I couldn't even keep water down. Had to go to the hospital. I liked how they included the internal condom and emergency contraception, but now I'm weary to take anything they give me considering what the BC did to me.

GBSo many hoops to jump through So many hoops to jump through. Paused a prescription, wanted to resume, essentially impossible to do. Simple Health was less than helpful. Additionally I chose to add an Ella emergency contraception to my next auto ship birth control order and by the time it was finally ready to ship they told me my prescription had expired and I'd need to get the emergency contraception with my next auto ship, another 3 months out. Would not recommend.
