USHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have advised of my issue through chat and the bot’s answers were completely irrelevant. I was instructed to email the customer support center. I have emailed twice and received no response. They do not bill my insurance company and just charge my credit card each month. Do not use this company!

USDefinitely a scam Well, I wish I had read these reviews before trying SimpleHealth. Despite having Blue Cross Blue Shield (a very very common insurance), they do not accept my insurance. They threatened to charge me for $75 unless I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours. They also refused to refund me for a $20 consultation fee. No doubt in my mind this company is a scam. What healthcare subscription service wouldn't accept Blue Cross?

USJust want your money I have been using simple health now for a couple of year. I never had a problem till recently. As of today I noticed that for whatever reason I’m being charged $80 for my birth control that I used to get for free with my insurance. Apparently I was charged $80 in August too but I didn’t notice. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem if I was notified of this new change. But I wasn’t notified whatsoever. My insurance also didn’t change so that is very frustrating. They act like they want to help women and make things easy and affordable but it looks to me that they don’t care anymore. Very disappointed they definitely lost a patient.

USThey lied to my face in writing and… They lied to my face in writing and told me my insurance “changed and stopped supporting simplehealth” and auto charged me $80 a month for birth control. I called my insurance and they said nothing had changed and they still supported my prescription. I confronted them with the reference number and immediately they confirmed and sent out my order within minutes. Complete lied to my face to try to get me to pay cash. What a SCAM

USMoving away from insurance to cash is… Moving away from insurance to cash is the worst thing you can do to people, especially during these horrendous financial times. Such a slap in the face and its just plain selfish. Another example of how healthcare has moved away from taking care of the patient. Its all about making money off of people
