GBTerrible Customer Service I moved recently. After trying to update my address multiple times, simple health still shipped my order to the wrong address. The website makes it almost impossible to update any details. Then, I tried to contact customer support telling them what had happened and they basically told me it was my fault. They did not help in any way, they did not try to make the situation better. They pretty much told me I'm out $60 dollars, and if I wanted I could pay another $60 to get my birth control. I told them I was going to find another company -- and you should too.

GBSuper bad experience Not good experience! I ordered a birth control ring, and they send me the ring and 2 other items without my confirmation. My insurance cover all the items does not mean I want all the items! Contact the phone number they messaged me, emailed them, asking them not to send the product this week because I’m not home, no response for days , and they still send the product a week before I can get home, and now I’m very worried that the package will get lost. There’s no phone number can call through, only a computer voice answer your call then hang off after several seconds !

GBDon’t trust Simple Health has now turned into a scam. I used their company for 2 years with no problem until now. They randomly switched to a “cash-pay only” platform and do not accept insurance anymore. They also didn’t alert their customers of this change and expected us all to be okay with it. My birth control went from free with insurance to $60 every refill. They claim to provide “affordable birth control”, but that’s just a lie now.

GBit’s giving scam and bad customer service i ordered a specific type of birth control and they sent me something totally random :/ when i asked about it they said it was a generic, but charged me the same amount. aren’t generics supposed to be cheaper ?? and why would you send me something i didn’t order when the confirmation email says i will be getting the brand i ordered ? just the worst.

GBJust want your money I have been using simple health now for a couple of year. I never had a problem till recently. As of today I noticed that for whatever reason I’m being charged $80 for my birth control that I used to get for free with my insurance. Apparently I was charged $80 in August too but I didn’t notice. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem if I was notified of this new change. But I wasn’t notified whatsoever. My insurance also didn’t change so that is very frustrating. They act like they want to help women and make things easy and affordable but it looks to me that they don’t care anymore. Very disappointed they definitely lost a patient.
