Don’t trust Simple Health has now turned into a scam. I used their company for 2 years with no problem until now. They randomly switched to a “cash-pay only” platform and do not accept insurance anymore. They also didn’t alert their customers of this change and expected us all to be okay with it. My birth control went from free with insurance to $60 every refill. They claim to provide “affordable birth control”, but that’s just a lie now.

Total waste of time I was charged $80 on August 1st for my four month pill refill. I STILL have not even received a shipping confirmation much less my pills. I'm completely unprotected against pregnancy. Today I was charged $80 again. This is ridiculous and "please give us up to 5 business days to respond" is absolutely unacceptable when it comes to important health issues.

100% recommend!! I honestly LOVED my experience with Simple Health. I wanted to switch my brand of pill since I was having issues with my old one, and their team answered all the questions I had with expertise. They were super transparent with me on side effects, pricing, shipping, etc! I love that I don’t have to remember to go and pick up my new packs and they just come straight to me - especially during covid. Would 100% recommend.

Kept switching the brand up Quick shipping & fast communication. But, I started receiving generics for my original birth control. Within a 4 month span, I had received 3 different brands. And it takes my body time to get used to each of those. I contacted them & they let me know they do send out a generic version. But I did not realize I would be getting a different version/brand each time. Will not be using anymore!

They lied to my face in writing and… They lied to my face in writing and told me my insurance “changed and stopped supporting simplehealth” and auto charged me $80 a month for birth control. I called my insurance and they said nothing had changed and they still supported my prescription. I confronted them with the reference number and immediately they confirmed and sent out my order within minutes. Complete lied to my face to try to get me to pay cash. What a SCAM
