Don’t trust Simple Health has now turned into a scam. I used their company for 2 years with no problem until now. They randomly switched to a “cash-pay only” platform and do not accept insurance anymore. They also didn’t alert their customers of this change and expected us all to be okay with it. My birth control went from free with insurance to $60 every refill. They claim to provide “affordable birth control”, but that’s just a lie now.

Definitely a scam Well, I wish I had read these reviews before trying SimpleHealth. Despite having Blue Cross Blue Shield (a very very common insurance), they do not accept my insurance. They threatened to charge me for $75 unless I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours. They also refused to refund me for a $20 consultation fee. No doubt in my mind this company is a scam. What healthcare subscription service wouldn't accept Blue Cross?

Do not recommend. I have had so much trouble with this company, so many issues have arose at every step. They don't even offer phone support, you have to email them and wait for a response. I'd recommend using a different online birth control provider, like nurx or something else.

Nothing but thieves Nothing but thieves. I noticed a payment for $59.99 on my credit card statement and had to Google what it was. Checked my apple subscriptions and there was nothing there. Emailed support and told them I have no idea what the payment was for and the basically told me “tough luck” you have now paid and you have the full year to use it and we will not provide a refund.

it’s giving scam and bad customer service i ordered a specific type of birth control and they sent me something totally random :/ when i asked about it they said it was a generic, but charged me the same amount. aren’t generics supposed to be cheaper ?? and why would you send me something i didn’t order when the confirmation email says i will be getting the brand i ordered ? just the worst.
