GBit’s giving scam and bad customer service i ordered a specific type of birth control and they sent me something totally random :/ when i asked about it they said it was a generic, but charged me the same amount. aren’t generics supposed to be cheaper ?? and why would you send me something i didn’t order when the confirmation email says i will be getting the brand i ordered ? just the worst.

GBAbsolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible!! I have stopped taking birth control for almost a year now because of adverse side effects. However I am still being charged and sent birth control every 3 months. I am being refused a refund and was told that my subscription is now 100% canceled. Now they have transferred to twentyeight which is now charging me. I have screen shots and emails that prove my subscription is canceled and I’m still being refused a refund. This is the worst thing I have ever had to deal with and I will soon be seeking legal advise.

GBThey lied to my face in writing and… They lied to my face in writing and told me my insurance “changed and stopped supporting simplehealth” and auto charged me $80 a month for birth control. I called my insurance and they said nothing had changed and they still supported my prescription. I confronted them with the reference number and immediately they confirmed and sent out my order within minutes. Complete lied to my face to try to get me to pay cash. What a SCAM

GBSo many hoops to jump through So many hoops to jump through. Paused a prescription, wanted to resume, essentially impossible to do. Simple Health was less than helpful. Additionally I chose to add an Ella emergency contraception to my next auto ship birth control order and by the time it was finally ready to ship they told me my prescription had expired and I'd need to get the emergency contraception with my next auto ship, another 3 months out. Would not recommend.

GBDefinitely a scam Well, I wish I had read these reviews before trying SimpleHealth. Despite having Blue Cross Blue Shield (a very very common insurance), they do not accept my insurance. They threatened to charge me for $75 unless I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours. They also refused to refund me for a $20 consultation fee. No doubt in my mind this company is a scam. What healthcare subscription service wouldn't accept Blue Cross?
