Customer Service is excellent Customer Service is excellent ! I've had a couple of issues when I started the system 3 years ago , I upgraded to the new one.So far they all tried their best to help me resolve those one by one, from minor to complicated ones.Good Job guys!

The Tech took care of our problem !! The tech was able to assess the issue and provide the solution. We had moved from POS to IT retail and had migrated our data on a 2nd workstation. the 2nd station hand scanner was not working. He sent us bar codes to scan that fixed the problem

Harry is great! Harry was very helpful and efficient in setting up my POS for EBT transactions. He answered every question with clarity!

Customer service For the most part, I am not satisfied with IT Retail but I will say when I call customer service, I receive good customer service and I did again today when I spoke to Tasin. He did a nice job and he took care of my problem quickly. I appreciated his help and wanted to say thank you is why I am writing this review.
