GBCustomer service For the most part, I am not satisfied with IT Retail but I will say when I call customer service, I receive good customer service and I did again today when I spoke to Tasin. He did a nice job and he took care of my problem quickly. I appreciated his help and wanted to say thank you is why I am writing this review.

GBHarry W was super helpful answering all… Harry W was super helpful answering all my questions and setting up my label printer with my new system. There was no wait and i was able to reach him and get my issue resolved very quickly.

GBWe have several outstanding support… We have several outstanding support tickets that are yet to be resolved. We never receive a call back on any of these issues to give us a progress report unless we contact our sales rep. Our lanes will just crash for no reason and then the printer stops working or the scanner stops working in the middle of an order. Right now Lane 1 has no customer screen because they can't figure out how to turn it back on and have the cashier side working right. Constant issues that we're told no one else ever has which I find hard to believe that we would be the only store to have these problems. Very dissatisfied.

GBGreat POS System and hardware for my grocery store. I was skeptical about it, if it would be easy to learn, but it’s a great POS System very easy to learn and understand, and the hardware is great, too. Also Ciara gave me a great training sessions and she was with on going live the first day. Also they offer more training if ever need more help.
