ITRetail POS great software for any markets needed. Our family owns and operates 4 Markets 3k square feet to 43k square feet. We run IT Retail POS in all of our markets. I have used ITRetail Professional and Market and have reaped the benefits of both systems depending on the size and operation of our location. I have also developed a great relationship with both their development team and support team whenever I have a problem or issue they are always helpful in resolving my issue. I would highly recommend ITRetail for anyone’s Grocery POS needs.

Unreliable customer service. 24/7 support isn’t accurate. I left emails and called and left voicemail but no response yet. Generally they are good but you could be in pickle if you need urgent help during after US business hours on weekends. Grocery business is more active at such times but I don’t think I can count on support at these times.
