GBUnreliable customer service. 24/7 support isn’t accurate. I left emails and called and left voicemail but no response yet. Generally they are good but you could be in pickle if you need urgent help during after US business hours on weekends. Grocery business is more active at such times but I don’t think I can count on support at these times.

GBEmailed support with a question on no… Emailed support with a question on no tax orders I mentioned a call back would be preferred if possible James Baker made a few attempts to call me. When I didn't answer he emailed me back with all the correct information that I needed. Most support desks would never actually call you back let alone several times! Its so great to know James and IT Retail really care! Just another we are so happy we chose IT Retail and recommend it to other retailers

GBITRetail POS great software for any markets needed. Our family owns and operates 4 Markets 3k square feet to 43k square feet. We run IT Retail POS in all of our markets. I have used ITRetail Professional and Market and have reaped the benefits of both systems depending on the size and operation of our location. I have also developed a great relationship with both their development team and support team whenever I have a problem or issue they are always helpful in resolving my issue. I would highly recommend ITRetail for anyone’s Grocery POS needs.

GBCustomer service For the most part, I am not satisfied with IT Retail but I will say when I call customer service, I receive good customer service and I did again today when I spoke to Tasin. He did a nice job and he took care of my problem quickly. I appreciated his help and wanted to say thank you is why I am writing this review.
