The Tech took care of our problem !! The tech was able to assess the issue and provide the solution. We had moved from POS to IT retail and had migrated our data on a 2nd workstation. the 2nd station hand scanner was not working. He sent us bar codes to scan that fixed the problem

Great POS System and hardware for my grocery store. I was skeptical about it, if it would be easy to learn, but it’s a great POS System very easy to learn and understand, and the hardware is great, too. Also Ciara gave me a great training sessions and she was with on going live the first day. Also they offer more training if ever need more help.
