GBNo show therapist and terrible customer support follow up I have been on customer support chat for the last 45 minutes and am increasingly frustrated. Rebecca Watson was scheduled to meet with me an hour ago and was a no show. I understand things come up but I received no communication about rescheduling prior to the call time and pettable customer service has not been very helpful. I received no apology or any indication of the inconvenience this may have caused until I brought it up 6 messages in. It is now being suggested that I need to reschedule later this week. The tone of the "help" I have received thus far has very much reflected an attitude that this is my problem to solve. Finally, after offering a tepid "i'm sorry for the inconvenience with your provider", the support rep offered to "waive the rescheduling fee". For. a. call. they. missed! Laughable.

GBTasha is really awesome at what she… Tasha is really awesome at what she does and asks all questions necessary and answers answers every question. Also, Tasha is very polite. I have no complaints. I’m very pleased with this company.

GBSimple, quick, professional I had a pleasant conversation with a licensed social worker where I was able to share my experience and ask questions. She also informed me about my rights and how to keep my dog certified for years to come.

GBI was waiting on a therapist… I was waiting on having a therapist contact me from US Service Animals but due to my phone carrier sending blocked calls to my voicemail I had to look for another alternative company that will provide me an ESA letter for my pup. Lightweight panicking Pettable ESA popped up on my IG feed - I thought I would give them a chance. I couldnt believe how easy it was to apply and book an appointment with a licensed therapist. I now have a working therapist & waiting to be approved for my housing letter. Will definitely look to Pettable for all my future ESA letters.

GB10/10 would recommend Very fast turnaround between appointment and receiving letter. Was super quick and easy to fill out paperwork and get a consultation that worked well with the busy schedules in our house.
