Aubrey was so supportive and easy to talk to, and she made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. After our conversation, I received my letter within a day. In addition, Aubrey responded to subsequent follow-up questions quickly even though it had been months since our initial conversation. She's been transparent and helpful throughout the process. Like clearing a room/crowd for me to get through. Lights, find. Have hand lick accomplished, just transitioned touch to hand lick when having issues. Need more.
