Aubrey was so supportive and easy to talk to, and she made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. After our conversation, I received my letter within a day. In addition, Aubrey responded to subsequent follow-up questions quickly even though it had been months since our initial conversation. She's been transparent and helpful throughout the process. Great experience overall!
