GBI applied online and it was very easy I applied online and it was very easy. After the initial application. I received an email confirming my purchase and setting up my appointment with the licensed therapist. Vanessa was very helpful during our call to evaluate me and my situation. She answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable with the process. Also I had to calll back to speak to a representative and they where very helpful with my follow up questions and my letter was delivered like Vanessa said . Thank you so much for all your help!!

GBI was waiting on a therapist… I was waiting on having a therapist contact me from US Service Animals but due to my phone carrier sending blocked calls to my voicemail I had to look for another alternative company that will provide me an ESA letter for my pup. Lightweight panicking Pettable ESA popped up on my IG feed - I thought I would give them a chance. I couldnt believe how easy it was to apply and book an appointment with a licensed therapist. I now have a working therapist & waiting to be approved for my housing letter. Will definitely look to Pettable for all my future ESA letters.
