I was paired with a therapist immediately and was able to schedule a phone call within 24 hours. Aubrey was so supportive and easy to talk to, and she made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. After our conversation, I received my letter within a day. In addition, Aubrey responded to subsequent follow-up questions quickly even though it had been months since our initial conversation. She's been transparent and helpful throughout the process. GBI applied online and it was very easy I applied online and it was very easy. After the initial application. I received an email confirming my purchase and setting up my appointment with the licensed therapist. Vanessa was very helpful during our call to evaluate me and my situation. She answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable with the process. Also I had to calll back to speak to a representative and they where very helpful with my follow up questions and my letter was delivered like Vanessa said . Thank you so much for all your help!!

GBNo show therapist and terrible customer support follow up I have been on customer support chat for the last 45 minutes and am increasingly frustrated. Rebecca Watson was scheduled to meet with me an hour ago and was a no show. I understand things come up but I received no communication about rescheduling prior to the call time and pettable customer service has not been very helpful. I received no apology or any indication of the inconvenience this may have caused until I brought it up 6 messages in. It is now being suggested that I need to reschedule later this week. The tone of the "help" I have received thus far has very much reflected an attitude that this is my problem to solve. Finally, after offering a tepid "i'm sorry for the inconvenience with your provider", the support rep offered to "waive the rescheduling fee". For. a. call. they. missed! Laughable.
