GBSCAM! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AUTOMATICALLY I download the app and after being given 30 minutes to decide if I want to pay for a $45 subscription, with automatic renewal every 6 months, I decide to try it. Of course I forgot and didn't use it after five uses and then it renewed 6 months later. Months later. The day it renewed I contacted sensa and said I no longer use the app and I'm not interested in continuing to use it and I want to a refund. They refused. I disputed it with PayPal and they doubled down and continue to refuse a full refund. I'm now leaving One star reviews to warn people not to use this app because they will not inform you that you are getting charged $45 before they bill you. It's a total scam

GBChecking in each day works! SENSA really helped by having me check in every day, keeping me on track for meeting my goals. The small success of checking in each day not only kept me in tune with how I really felt and thought about things, but also provided encouragement to keep moving in the upward direction.

GBMinimal reading Maximum Profit !! Minimal reading Maximum Profit !! I've been using the app over 4 months. Procrastination Burnout I can't believe how much my mental health has improved. I am continuing the app past my 6 month subscription. SO GRATEFUL

GBTracking my moods helps It has been good for me to track my emotions thru the day. It helps me see my thoughts aren’t helpful to work on staying present I also enjoy writing in the gratitude journal every morning.

GBUNETHICAL This is an app designed for people with ADHD. They do not provide reminders for automatic charges. As someone with ADHD I find it difficult to manage apps and subscriptions. I deleted this app after using it only once. It does not tell you that deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Going through my finances they have charged me over $360 in a year. Reminder I ONLY USED THE APP 1 time. I emailed customer service and they apologized and cancelled my subscription but stated they have a no refund policy. This is unethical and taking advantage of people with ADHD.
