Tracking my moods helps It has been good for me to track my emotions thru the day. It helps me see my thoughts aren’t helpful to work on staying present I also enjoy writing in the gratitude journal every morning.

UNETHICAL This is an app designed for people with ADHD. They do not provide reminders for automatic charges. As someone with ADHD I find it difficult to manage apps and subscriptions. I deleted this app after using it only once. It does not tell you that deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Going through my finances they have charged me over $360 in a year. Reminder I ONLY USED THE APP 1 time. I emailed customer service and they apologized and cancelled my subscription but stated they have a no refund policy. This is unethical and taking advantage of people with ADHD.

Takes a little patience but I think it's good Took me a while to navigate the site and find everything. For instance I didn't know what the journal was for a long time. It's been more helpful than I expected; I expected nothing. It also doesn't mind when I skip a day or two or three; sometimes digesting what I learned and sometimes just blowing it off. Still in early days (lesson 8) and I'm trying to be patient and assume it hasn't taught me everything yet.

Sensa was of literal no value to me Sensa was of literal no value to me. Worse, I didn’t get a renewal notice period to expiration. They market themselves as helping people with ADHD, but have a very anti-ADHD refund policy currently where you can only cancel a subscription two days prior to renewal (even though you weren’t notified). Given ADHD’s time blindness, this is a horrifying policy and no one with ADHD should ever consider their services. Instead of helping, it’s continuing to stress me out.
