Checking in each day works! SENSA really helped by having me check in every day, keeping me on track for meeting my goals. The small success of checking in each day not only kept me in tune with how I really felt and thought about things, but also provided encouragement to keep moving in the upward direction.

I love the ease of use. I love the ease of use, and the flexibility of this app. I can check in when I want, which is great! Especially so being a full time mother. The reminder system is great if you need help to push yourself to do some self care, or another good thing for your life in general. Give it a try. Lots of positives so far. Overall, it helps me stay in check of where I am with my mental health.

Gangsters Gangsters. Basic content on this app nothing you wont find for free on a google search. Bought 6 months ago and reviewed then as now. SENSA disputed the review as fake but trust pilot accepted as legitimate when I proved payment. So insult to injury, 6 month automatic renew Sensa deep into my bank account and helped themselves. I disputed the charge but the lovely Kate in Sensa customer services told me tough payment was agreed when I originally bought the product. So for all you yet to be ripped off customers SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS ORGANISATION ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS. They have already refused to refund my payment which was taken without warning or advanced notice which I believe is illegal under EU law. So I intend to look for a charge back from PayPal based on EU regulations. Looking froward to Sensa public proformance of customer care. Would appreciate if trust pilot do not remove my review based on the word of Sensa. I have proof of charge and still have the email and proof of payment for original payment. Stay away

Interesting app Interesting app. It definitely helped me break through some mental blocks. I found the amount of reading to be tedious, some other learning formats would be good. Would be nice to be able to mark tasks complete from my phone's notifications screen, I ended up not using the activities or reminders because it made me spend so much extra time on my phone.
