I started Sensa over the weekend I started Sensa over the weekend. It is already better than the other Apps I've tried. The information is displayed in a way that lets you absorb the content and not be overwhelmed. My only complaint is with the Journaling, I wish it would let you record the information asked in the day's lesson not just your mood throughout the day.

Takes a little patience but I think it's good Took me a while to navigate the site and find everything. For instance I didn't know what the journal was for a long time. It's been more helpful than I expected; I expected nothing. It also doesn't mind when I skip a day or two or three; sometimes digesting what I learned and sometimes just blowing it off. Still in early days (lesson 8) and I'm trying to be patient and assume it hasn't taught me everything yet.

Best investment in myself in a long time! I am still using Sensa. It is one of the first and few apps I am devoted to. I am learning and discovering so much about myself I am getting things done that I had put off far too long. Now I understand why! I am learning self compassion among other important things. I love having access to Sensa 24/7! Five weeks of Sensa has been more powerful and beneficial than anything I have experienced.

Checking in each day works! SENSA really helped by having me check in every day, keeping me on track for meeting my goals. The small success of checking in each day not only kept me in tune with how I really felt and thought about things, but also provided encouragement to keep moving in the upward direction.

Interesting app Interesting app. It definitely helped me break through some mental blocks. I found the amount of reading to be tedious, some other learning formats would be good. Would be nice to be able to mark tasks complete from my phone's notifications screen, I ended up not using the activities or reminders because it made me spend so much extra time on my phone.
