PAI love routines! Sensa has made me realize why I’ve always strived for routines - I find pesce in routines once they’ve been established and help control my procrastination. Also, I’ve learned why I get scared when there’s no noise in my brain, and now I need to rethink that.

GBBest investment in myself in a long time! I am still using Sensa. It is one of the first and few apps I am devoted to. I am learning and discovering so much about myself I am getting things done that I had put off far too long. Now I understand why! I am learning self compassion among other important things. I love having access to Sensa 24/7! Five weeks of Sensa has been more powerful and beneficial than anything I have experienced.

GBSCAM! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AUTOMATICALLY I download the app and after being given 30 minutes to decide if I want to pay for a $45 subscription, with automatic renewal every 6 months, I decide to try it. Of course I forgot and didn't use it after five uses and then it renewed 6 months later. Months later. The day it renewed I contacted sensa and said I no longer use the app and I'm not interested in continuing to use it and I want to a refund. They refused. I disputed it with PayPal and they doubled down and continue to refuse a full refund. I'm now leaving One star reviews to warn people not to use this app because they will not inform you that you are getting charged $45 before they bill you. It's a total scam

GBUNETHICAL This is an app designed for people with ADHD. They do not provide reminders for automatic charges. As someone with ADHD I find it difficult to manage apps and subscriptions. I deleted this app after using it only once. It does not tell you that deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Going through my finances they have charged me over $360 in a year. Reminder I ONLY USED THE APP 1 time. I emailed customer service and they apologized and cancelled my subscription but stated they have a no refund policy. This is unethical and taking advantage of people with ADHD.
