Removed my membership I told these clowns to delete my credit card because they couldn't stop freaking charging it and they removed my PAID MEMBERSHIP AND CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT YET AGAIN! Edit: Doesn't seem like these canned responses are doing any good. Shocking to see done more preoccupied with submitting fake reviews instead of resolving all these complaints for good.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!! My mother signed up to talk to a psychiatrist and when she went to get connected to the zoom call, she was having an audio issue and asked if she could call instead of the zoom, and they refused her request and the provider ended the call and charged her a $99 NO SHOW FEE!!!!!! And then they charged her $199 for a membership fee without her even wanting a membership. Worst ever they steal your money.

For someone like myself who has been… For someone like myself who has been diagnosed previously by a psychiatrist it’s a great convenient option while searching for a practice locally. If I am not able to find someone locally I will utilize it again. Thank you DONE ✅
