GBAuto-generated texts and emails from Done are inaccurate, misleading and unprofessional. First practitioner did not seem to believe me about my history. I told her I had been on this medication for 30 years but had moved across the country 6 months before, and she could not get her mind around why I was not in CURES, even though I had not filled any prescriptions in the state it applies to. After the appointment I got an email that she did not want to treat me. I also got plenty of auto-generated texts and emails that my prescription was on its way -- which it was not. Second APRN was smart and reasonable. I was scheduled with her 5 days later. Finally got my prescription after 21 days.

GBDO NOT SIGN UP!!! IF YOU WANNA BE DONE... I am writing to share a concerning experience I recently had with DONE, which I believe warrants public attention. Upon registering with the company two days ago, I encountered several unexpected financial charges that were not transparently disclosed during the sign-up process. Specifically, I was charged a $199 membership fee that was not clearly mentioned at any point prior to the transaction. Additionally, my initial appointment wa canceled, and I was subsequently billed a $99 "reschedule" fee. Moreover, the customer service provided was highly unsatisfactory. During an interaction with one of their representatives, I felt belittled and disrespected, akin to how one might speak to a young child. This experience has led me to decide against using their services in the future, to the extent that I would prefer paying triple the price for a competitor’s services rather than continuing with DONE... Given these circumstances, I strongly advise others to consider this information and exercise caution before signing up with DONE. I am also in the process of reporting this issue to the relevant people... To save them the grief and stress of dealing with these money-hungry people.

GBAwesome Service The provider I see has been excellent. She is responsive to messages and makes our appointments worthwhile. I haven't had issues getting my medications sent to my pharmacy, and when I had an issue with insurance coverage, my provider helped right away.

GBVery intermittent results when getting… Very intermittent results when getting my prescription renewed. I am now at a week since I requested a renewal and will be contacting the FTC. This is the third time this has happened. Customer support is basically non existent, and the company is woefully understaffed. Edit as of 5/1/24: I had followed the advice of previous 'Done' responses and had an appointment through the critical care team or whatever. My appointment caller was 15 minutes late, and I couldn't hear. I received the same phone call from 415-671-2165 with a Chinese caller ID name. You are not able to return calls from this number. This company just needs to call it quits. It is quite sad and very abusive.

GBThis company is a fraud and money grab. Company charged me for an annual membership fee of $700 after was clear I only wanted a membership if they could give me the medication I wanted. (They didn’t give me my prescription). They asked for a 10$ deposit for a consultation and instead immediately charged me the full 199$. 15 minute appointment was no help at all. Complete waste of time and money avoid this company like the plague!!!
