This company is a fraud and money grab. Company charged me for an annual membership fee of $700 after was clear I only wanted a membership if they could give me the medication I wanted. (They didn’t give me my prescription). They asked for a 10$ deposit for a consultation and instead immediately charged me the full 199$. 15 minute appointment was no help at all. Complete waste of time and money avoid this company like the plague!!!

Removed my membership I told these clowns to delete my credit card because they couldn't stop freaking charging it and they removed my PAID MEMBERSHIP AND CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT YET AGAIN! Edit: Doesn't seem like these canned responses are doing any good. Shocking to see done more preoccupied with submitting fake reviews instead of resolving all these complaints for good.

I was embarrassed to admit to my family… I was embarrassed to admit to my family that I had been struggling for a long time. They count on me to keep it together. After visiting the doctor I understand that not everyone struggles like I was; that I had a legitimate medical reason why everything seemed so difficult for me. She helped me sort out my diagnosis and get medication support that has helped me manage my symptoms and my life much better.

I am so glad I found this company. I would recommend it to anybody looking for treatment. This has made the most important difference in my life. I have just started with the treatments and they have been perfect. The tracking part of the app is a fantastic tool. The only feedback for improvement is it could use more detail to allow me to log my progress.
