GBMakes it easy Mood Health’s talk therapy has been so helpful for me. It is helping me work through long standing issues I’ve had communicating and taking care of my needs. The sign up was very easy with lots of gentle reminders from them. Every week they send me reminders and the link I need. They make the process painless. My therapist is amazing. We have a great connection and I feel like my mental health and therefore my life have improved greatly since starting therapy.

GBI am truly disappointed with Mood I am truly disappointed with Mood. I received numerous emails about my session. First, asking me questions about my insurance and assuring me that my insurance was accepted. After my initial session I received a charge and when I called all they said was well that's too bad and we are giving you a discounted rate. This is deceiving and not professional.

GBCaring, patient and understanding support I feel heard and understood. Also, affirmed and validated with compassion. The help and support is caring. I feel better each visit. The correct medicine has helped me gain my life back. Plus, I am given feedback or tools that provide a way forward. Lastly, she is very knowledgeable, knows mental illness and what works. I am very grateful.

GBMuch progress after rocky start I had some frustration with contacting someone after my initial contact. It took over a month to find a female therapist and start sessions. However, now that I am having regular sessions it has been a game changer for my mental health. Of course a work in progress, but just getting help feels like progress. Thanks so much

GBThe communication from Mood Health was… The communication from Mood Health was extremely poor. It is impossible to call and talk to anyone. When I did receive a call back often times the person I spoke with knew nothing of my previous appointment. I met with a female psychiatrist who had a nasty nose ring hanging out of her nose. I couldn't even make myself look at her during our interaction. I found this very unprofessional.
