The sign up was very easy with lots of gentle reminders from them. Every week they send me reminders and the link I need. They make the process painless. My therapist is amazing. We have a great connection and I feel like my mental health and therefore my life have improved greatly since starting therapy.

GBPositive experience My primary care doctor referred my to Mood because I was struggling with depression and reluctant to see a tradition psychiatrist. I had tried meds before and had little success. Right away, I preferred the privacy of meeting with her online. I felt like she did a great job of assessing my lifestyle and needs. She started me meds and it took several weeks before I started to feel better, but once we got the dosage right I felt like a different person. The fog had lifted.
