I only had 1 session I only had 1 session, 1st time she had to take a call, her dad health issues. Then mostly I talked. I scheduled another, same person I had a terrible anxiety attack and lost it at work I looked at my emails and she had canceled same day. That was a bad deal. Today I get a bill 250.00 because she's out of network. I gave my insurance info.and it said she was.I need therapy so bad and I was disappointed.

Quality of Therapist I have a lifetime of working with Therapists and Psychiatrists I'm 67 years old and diagnosed as a manic depressive. Today's that diagnosis is bipolar. Being in the law enforcement field for 23 years I now suffer with PTSD along with bipolar symptoms and other mental health issues which makes every day functioning a struggle. This is the 1st time I have a Therapist who has expertise in all the areas that effect me. Working with Sonder mind is excellent because you look thru various Therapist profile and you pick which one may be a good fit. I feel fortunate the fit is perfect. My Therapist is able to address sensitive areas without causing more stress which always happened when working with a Therapist, so much so the adverse results out weighed the benefit. Not so working with my SonderMind Therapist. In the past couple of weeks I have been able to say no. I have been able to put myself 1st and stop being a sounding board to people which is huge for me. I feel stronger to self protect without feeling guilty. Another huge step. I know I am better because of SonderMind and hope you will try them. The only negative thing I can say is they don't have any Psychiatrist onboard to get a change in my psych medications.

I was sent 3 more without having to give a reason or anything. I selected my current counselor. The ability to have a session over video chat from where I physically am located has been exactly what i needed. I have made huge strides in my mental health in just a few months. Great company to contract with! I have been a contractor with Sondermind for two years now, and have enjoyed my experience. Their customer service is amazing since they have live people answering the phones. My questions are always answered thoroughly when I call, and also have a coach who checks in with me every now and again. Their clinician portal is easy to use, you can track your payouts, and filing insurance claims are a breeze. In addition, they ask for feedback from clinicians and have made several improvements due to this.
