GBLong Time User Review I am a long time user of sondermind services. I followed my therapist over from betterhelp and over time also added couples counseling and my Mom also uses them for her severe mental illness therapy. I love that Sondermind really tries to find the right provider for you and if you don't connect, it's easy to switch. I have found the quality of providers to be really good. The therapeutic methods can be tailored to your specific needs and overall, all 3 of us (hubby, Mom and I) have been really happy, and really *helped* by Sondermind. Highly recommend.

GBGreat therapist, awful everything else The therapist who they connected me to was great, but everything else about this company is awful. Please save yourself the hassle of wasting time with their customer support and billing system. You will not be billed on time and will receive them all in one lump sum months after your actual session. God help you if you want to actually talk with a representative because the wait times are egregious. Avoid if at all possible.

GBNEVER AGAIN Made a telephone appointment but when I got in could only see and hear Stephanie and she couldn't see or hear me. They said they would send instructions but never did. Stephanie got frustrated with me as I didn't know what to do. She kept telling me I should have already had it all set up and indicated I was wasting her time. This telehealth stuff SUCKS and I don't need to be reprimanded by a therapist! NEVER AGAIN

GBHeard and Seen I felt heard and comfortable by Emma throughout our hour long session. Therapy had been scary for me as I have so many things to confront. I felt like a deer in headlights going into it, but Emma was so easy to talk to and even asked me what direction I would want my therapy to go in. It was nice to get some things off of my chest in a healthy way. I look forward to my future with SonderMind.

GBThe therapists are great but Sondermind… The therapists are great but Sondermind will set you up with a therapist that doesn't take your insurance. Of course they make you provide a credit card for billing incase your insurance doesn't go through. They charged me 109 dollars for a 45 minute session. I know it doesn't seem significant but if your on a fixed income it really matters. The billing issues are enough for me to not recommend their service.
