I had an awful experience I had an awful experience. They cancelled my initial appointment with little notice or explanation. They were incredibly pushy about having me fill out the intake form a full 12 days before the appointment. Sometimes people are busy! The customer service rep said I hung up on her, which is why the appointment was cancelled a second time. I didn’t hang up on anyone! When I did fill out the intake form (which is lengthy and requires I provide payment info too) they denied to see me without explanation as to why. Everytime I’ve called the customer service line it was busy. Still haven’t heard back. Total waste of time for an exercise that is already difficult to go through.

I am going through a lot of betrayal… I am going through a lot of betrayal from my family ... I am going up against my daughter this week in a trial because my almost 20 year old daughter went out of network on her medical expenses... Sheena has been great with giving me coping mechanisms and taking each day as a brand new one! I just love her positivity and her personality is just refreshing ! I am glad that I have found her ! I found my amazing therapist through… I found my amazing therapist through Lavender. I have been in therapy for many years now and have not felt so well matched before. The concierge team is always helpful and great at following up. I also appreciate the distanced counseling in the comfort of my home. Definitely recommend if you’ve been searching for the right fit!

Contacting them/setting up appointment… Contacting them/setting up appointment was super easy. The "concierge" service is nice and the person I emailed and spoke to on the phone is nice. They were very informative and answered my questions. I am looking forward to my appointment after this initial interaction!

Amazing service Honestly, the service is amazing. Currently in the middle of switching insurances, so not sure if they cover. If anyone is looking for very high quality mental health care from the comfort of home, this is the place to go.
