Shay Hammond must be rich bc what I… Shay Hammond (the provider of the sole positive review for this corporation) must be rich bc what I paid for an out of pocket SINGLE appt then tho I was told my insurance was accepted for $500. The care was ok but their predatory billing practices are deeply unethical and disturbing. One year later and I’m threatening small claims to make the harassment stop….not worth it.

SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE Nilesh Tannu is a very rude, sarcastic and demeaning individual. I will not acknowledge him as a doctor as he did not present himself as one. He laughed at me, mocked me and belittled my previous adhd assessments calling my therapist "biased" because she only used one method to determine a diagnosis. I will go out of my way to let it be known that what Talkiatry said would take place did not, and any time spent with Mr. Tannu or with this company is a waste of time and resources.

Billed for services not provided. I talked to a doctor for 3 minutes he told he does not complete paperwork needed for a medical leave of absence. That was the end of the session they sent my insurance a bill for $160.00 and has been harassing me for the copay of $20.00 for the last several months. I will absolutely not be paying the $20.00

Great therapists Updated: The therapist has been great to work with. Initially had some billing issues, but they were resolved after following up with Talkiatry.

Crazy bill For my initial session, I was billed over $400. It's insane. I used to have a Psychiatrist with Talkspace. She's great. I paid about $200 for my initial session. She was very thorough. Unfortunately, I moved and she can't provide service in my state. I also have a therapist that I've been working with for years. I tried Talkiatry for medication management. I knew that I just needed to explain what's happening. I told him about my previous Dr, what I'm taking, the usual. It was no way a therapy. And then I get the bill. They just added on to my stress.
