Can’t get anyone to schedule an appointment I was given an appointment but then they cancelled without rescheduling me. Then they rescheduled me with someone else after I called but cancelled the appointment again due to Dr. not licensed in my area although they had my address on file. I sent an email trying to see who I can talk to but no response .

Nightmare I heard good things. My experience was not. I was in desperate need of medication management. There were many psychiatric professionals to choose from that accepted my insurance. Long story short, after 5 cancelations of not being a "good fit" in other words, I wasn't in the right age group. Too old, I finally got an appointment. It was a month away but, better than nothing. I had already been waiting 2months. One week before my appointment, I received a text of cancelation because the doctor no longer accepts my insurance. After many tears of frustration, I went through MDLIVE. I got an appointment the next day. They list Talkiatry in the top 10, I don't think so. I give it a minus 10

My Psychiatrist Dr Kevin DiCesare was… My Psychiatrist Dr Kevin DiCesare was working at an office in New Hampshire. I was devastated when he left! I saw someone else at the same place, but she wasn’t him. That was back in 2017, He wasn’t sure if was going to do something different. Well every month I googled his name and I was thrilled to find him at Talkiatry! Dr DiCesare is the most caring, wonderful, Doctor you could ever have! His personality is outstanding! He makes you so comfortable, I never feel rushed, I can tell him thinks that are so personal! He will get you on the proper medication The on line visits that Talkiatry offer are great. If you are in need of a Psychiatrist, I highly recommend the best Doctor and a wonderful person,Dr Kevin DiCesare at Talkiatry!! Thank you Colleen Falzone

Had Dr sobhan Had Dr. Sobhan. I have been seeing psychiatrist for over 30 years. I have never been treated so poorly from a psychiatrist ever!. Especially one that I just met. She was so rude on our very first initial visit. She had me in tears, and I had to tell her that I would no longer be wanting her as my doctor. what a shame!

billing issues and poor cust service Loved my therapist but then my insurance quit covering talkiatry. I'm guessing too many complaints. Why 1 star? Customer service, billing, and communication issues. When my insurance changed I tired to confirm if they still took BCBS. Every time I talk to someone it's a different story. I've sent my insurance cards 3 times now. Then I get another email asking for my card again. Billing issue: when I first started using them last year it took them mos to get my ins straightened out and they kept trying to bill me an outrageous amount. Biggest issue, it is impossible to speak to anyone at this company that knows anything. OHHH and, my provider was out of state so I had ongoing issues with walgreens refusing to fill my script from an out of state provider. Huge issue!
