USI wish I never used Thriveworks I had never used counseling before using Thriveworks. My first counselor would often go on 10-15 minute tangents about seemingly random things rather than talk through anything with me and I quickly began dreading my sessions. Second counselor failed twice to set up recurring appointments, leaving me at home from work at my computer with no appointment. I then called and asked not to be seen anymore. Since then, I have been charged over $500 for "missing" appointments that were never scheduled and do not show on my appointment dashboard at all. Billing and office are trying to hold me accountable. I wish I never used Thriveworks to begin with

USGreat therapists, terrible billing/office The therapists my family has worked with have been wonderful. The Thriveworks billing department, however, are pretty awful. We've had frequent issues with them charging incorrect cards despite us asking them to update our payment method. The staff at the billing center are generally pretty unhelpful unless you manage to speak to a supervisor. They sound like they're trying but have very little power to actually solve problems. I think they've got some great therapists, but they need to get the business side sorted out.

USThriveworks is the worst ever Thriveworks is the worst ever. They lied about billing between co-pays and deductibles, billed over a month after the fact despite being told zero bill. Got zero help for my son. We were told there was a scheduling issue and never got a call back or a new therapist. Nobody is running this company. It's just a cash cow and my son is sitting here depressed while I look for help elsewhere because thriveworks let my family down.

USThriveworks is been the best source of… Thriveworks has been the best source of therapy I have ever had. I initially had a great therapist I was able to talk to, which is actually part of my issue, talking. I decided to stop therapy but realized that I needed some more. I initially was doing remote and decided to do in person instead. I thought if they had one great therapist that they might have more. I was right. My second therapist was also very effective. If it wasn't for my two therapist, I don't know how I'd be doing. Actually I do, definitely not as good. I highly recommend Thriveworks and much thanks to Anna Settle and Todd Newman. Btw, bad reviews may be based on people in distress. It's easy to say bad things, it's really hard to get to the point of saying good things.

USSCAM ARTISTS SCAM ARTISTS these people prey on the weak minded patients by making them sign unreasonable 48 hour no cancellation contracts. If you cancel your appointment for any reason before 48 hours of your appointment they bill you. If you try to call the customer service they are trained to lead you in circles promising to you that they will ask management to forgive the cancellation fee of $135.00 but never do anything. REPORT TO ATTORNEY GENERAL if they do this to you.
