I cannot say enough great things about… I cannot say enough great things about the services that Jason provided. One of the best parts was that I was able to choose what those were. I chose to use Jason for everything and I haven't regretted it for even a moment. The valuation was spot on for my practice, obviously not what I wanted, but Jason was great in explaining the reality of the data. All the potential buyers thought the price was extremely fair as did I once I did some looking around. I loved that Jason was able to give me a very accurate estimate of what each piece of the process would cost and I never once felt that it wasn't fair. Jason helped take a very difficult decision of selling the practice I started from scratch and made it very easy and smooth. It felt so good to walk away afterward knowing that everyone involved could be proud of the deal that was made. Definitely DO NOT hesitate for a moment to have Jason lead your team when selling or purchasing a practice.

I can't recommend Jason highly enough I can't recommend Jason highly enough. He exceeded my expectations by far. By the time I found him, I had already paid a broker for a practice valuation and had found my own buyer for my practice. Jason was able to write a contract that was so thorough and professionally done that neither I nor my buyer felt the need for an attorney. As a result, I only paid a very reasonable hourly based fee. Jason was very responsive to my emails and questions and is very knowledgeable and professional. The free resources on his site attest to his wealth of knowledge and ethics. Expert help brought complex sale to successful completion … When it was time to sell my practice and building, Selling A Practice.com provided invaluable assistance through the entire process. I first reached out to them and spoke with Jason when I was just beginning to consider selling. Though I didn't originally intend to sell for another year or so, one thing led to another and now, barely six months later, both are sold! Surfing the details of selling a 3000 square foot building with 8 tenants, and a busy three-provider practice with 7 employees, was a very complex undertaking that Jason handled seamlessly. He helped draft the perfect Asset Sale Agreement reflecting contract law in my state, and he coordinated with my real estate broker to make sure the real estate sale and practice sale came to simultaneous completion without a hitch.
