GBExpert help brought complex sale to successful completion … When it was time to sell my practice and building, Selling A Practice.com provided invaluable assistance through the entire process. I first reached out to them and spoke with Jason when I was just beginning to consider selling. Though I didn't originally intend to sell for another year or so, one thing led to another and now, barely six months later, both are sold! Surfing the details of selling a 3000 square foot building with 8 tenants, and a busy three-provider practice with 7 employees, was a very complex undertaking that Jason handled seamlessly. He helped draft the perfect Asset Sale Agreement reflecting contract law in my state, and he coordinated with my real estate broker to make sure the real estate sale and practice sale came to simultaneous completion without a hitch. Because of the complexity and inter-contingency of the two sales (involving banks, real estate brokers, lenders, lawyers, accountants, and emotions on both sides), there were many details to attend to. Whenever I needed Jason's advice, he was there, often checking in before I knew I needed his advice! When I needed help in negotiations that were both intricate and sensitive, Jason proactively positioned me for all contingencies in advance. I could not have completed this sale without Jason's expertise and knowledge of practice sales. If you are considering selling (or buying) a practice, I encourage you to speak with someone who has experience both as a physician and with buying and selling medical practices. Speak with Jason--his ethics and knowledge are beyond reproach.

GBJason was incredibly helpful with the… Jason was incredibly helpful with the entire process of purchasing a practice during the Covid outbreak. He helped me and the seller from start to finish, and walked us through the itemization, the goodwill pricing, and the delicate nature of how to transition clients from one practitioner to another. It is a kind of attention to detail and knowledge of the industry that I appreciated, as someone who does not work in this field would have missed a lot of critical details! Jason wanted us to succeed and ensure the seller and I maintained a good relationship with open lines of communication. I felt taken care of, and I am so grateful that I found Jason at this point in my journ

GBWhew...where to begin Whew...where to begin. My husband, the practitioner, was ready to retire after practicing for 25 years. I run all facets of the office except inserting/removing needles in patients. When we finally made the decision on timing which was partially due to his retirement goal and the remaining time on our lease I began calling brokers. I looked in Acupuncture Today for ideas and came across several names to try. I was extremely dismayed at the used-car-salesman words I heard and the lack of personalized attention I felt necessary to truly represent our business. The exorbitant fees aside, they made me feel as though after the initial eval was completed it would sit on their site and hope that someone came along to bite. Fortunately for us I did some Google searches and spoke to another acupuncturist in the process of selling her practice and came across Jason Luban and his service. After just one conversation with Jason I could tell he excelled in this area and his fees, not only were very reasonable, but also comprehensive. Jason bills hourly letting you know upfront the expected amount of time and fees. His valuation, reasoning, website and detailed information make the sales process, for both the seller and potential buyers, quite efficient and effective. Now, the coaching. Jason let us know every step of the way what we needed to do and avenues to pursue in order to find a buyer. He let us know what did/did not work for him and ideas for marketing the practice. The amount of money we saved cutting out attorney fees was worth the price of admission. All the documents Jason provided were well vetted and had enough legalese to stop anyone in their tracks; NDA and/or final California contract. I could go on-and-on but bottom line is this; you will not find a better person to help you through the sales process of your practice than Jason Luban. He will act as a professional business person, practitioner, and coach/cheerleader the entire time. He is always reachable and very approachable. GO FOR IT!

GBI cannot say enough great things about… I cannot say enough great things about the services that Jason provided. One of the best parts was that I was able to choose what those were. I chose to use Jason for everything and I haven't regretted it for even a moment. The valuation was spot on for my practice, obviously not what I wanted, but Jason was great in explaining the reality of the data. All the potential buyers thought the price was extremely fair as did I once I did some looking around. I loved that Jason was able to give me a very accurate estimate of what each piece of the process would cost and I never once felt that it wasn't fair. Jason helped take a very difficult decision of selling the practice I started from scratch and made it very easy and smooth. It felt so good to walk away afterward knowing that everyone involved could be proud of the deal that was made. Definitely DO NOT hesitate for a moment to have Jason lead your team when selling or purchasing a practice.

GBGreat experience with Sellingapractice.com Jason was a wonderful person to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the process and the ins and outs of selling a practice. Not only does he do a detailed valuation for your practice, he will help you put together a very detailed legal contract based on your specific situation with the buyer. He guides you through the whole process of how to get the word out and what to say once you get a potential buyer. It took me a while to find a buyer who bought my practice, and throughout this time I ran into many situations where I did not know what to do and needed advice, and Jason was extremely generous with his time in advising me on what to do through emails and phone calls, and was very quick to respond to anything that I needed help on, including repeated revisions of the sales contract due to the buyer request. Jason made these processes as simple as could be. Even though it took over a year for the practice sale to close, I think the process would have been a much more challenging one if I had not had Jason's help. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone trying to sell their medical practice.
