GBHow to begin with my GRATITUDE for… How to begin with my GRATITUDE for Jason doing what he does in the world so beautifully with integrity, timeliness, accuracy, and with heart. When I decided to sell my practice, I found an article in Acupuncture Today with Jason’s information on it. We set up a time to talk and he listened. Carefully. What I really appreciate about Jason is how he runs his business. He charges for his services by his valuable time, so you only pay for what you need. I chose to do parts of the prep and the sale myself that I felt confident with. He is an amazing consultant and with you every step of the way that you want him to be there (or not). He has been in the health care field as a practitioner and he has walked so many through the sale of their practices. Although we never met in person, it was a HUGE relief amidst changes and stresses outside of either of our control to have him in my corner and someone to call and receive wise counsel. Personally I did not need a lawyer and I and my buyer were very happy with the contract he wrote up. No matter the challenges that came my way, Jason always was able to find ways to move forward. At one point I had given up hope and he said “give me 2 weeks and I'll do a hail mary” and he redoubled his efforts on my behalf. In 3 days I had 6 people interested and one of them bought my practice quickly, easily, and joyfully. If I had given up I would not be on sabbatical now. To say Thank You doesn’t feel like it will ever be enough. Thank You Jason for giving me an opportunity to sell my practice to an amazing practitioner. Now that my clients are taken care of, I can truly rest and see what the next part of my journey will bring. Don’t hesitate to reach out to talk to Jason and see if you all are a match to work together. It’s SO worth your time if you are thinking or know you want to sell your practice.

He helped me and the seller from start to finish, and walked us through the itemization, the goodwill pricing, and the delicate nature of how to transition clients from one practitioner to another. GBI highly recommend working with Jason… I highly recommend working with Jason Luban at SellingAPractice.com. I did everything exactly as he said, and it worked! I was able to sell my 22 year-old medical practice even during shutdown and COVID! Jason is very organized and has all the steps figured out. The sequence of what to do when is logical and practical. He guided me to stay on the current task and not get ahead of myself. Jason was available by phone and email whenever I needed to be in touch with him. He frequently checked in with me. I never felt lost or alone in the process, even though it was a really big project. He is very generous with his time and information, and encouraged me to believe in my dreams. In late February of 2020 I started working with Jason. By the end of September, 2020 I closed with a buyer. This is what success looks like. Consequently, I have high praise. GBGreat experience with Sellingapractice.com Jason was a wonderful person to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the process and the ins and outs of selling a practice. Not only does he do a detailed valuation for your practice, he will help you put together a very detailed legal contract based on your specific situation with the buyer. He guides you through the whole process of how to get the word out and what to say once you get a potential buyer. It took me a while to find a buyer who bought my practice, and throughout this time I ran into many situations where I did not know what to do and needed advice, and Jason was extremely generous with his time in advising me on what to do through emails and phone calls, and was very quick to respond to anything that I needed help on, including repeated revisions of the sales contract due to the buyer request. Jason made these processes as simple as could be. Even though it took over a year for the practice sale to close, I think the process would have been a much more challenging one if I had not had Jason's help. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone trying to sell their medical practice.
