Great service! Russell was committed to making sure we were a good candidate for the shower and that we were well versed in how it worked. He helped us greatly through a stressful time of trying to figure out a safe bathing solution for my mom.

Impressive Just test ran the shower and it worked extremely well. Assembly was straight forward with no real problems. Worked with the owner Russell through out the entire process and was very impressive with his willingness to walk me through the process and avail himself when I had questions.

We have not gotten it out of the box… We have not gotten it out of the box yet. My wife has ALS and we are thinking this will be a phenomenal product for her to use. She currently can get a shower by herself but we are trying to stay ahead of the game. Support system has been phenomenal and Russell always answered any questions and did not pressure us at all to buy this piece of equipment. We are very satified....patient did not… We are very satified....patient did not like the loud noise of the pump...the shower itself was excellent...also patient could not shift position because of disability therefore patient's bottom could not be cleaned easily while seated. Care giver had to go under the seat with hand held shower head to clean patient bottom. Otherwise shower bay is the best alterntive for a disabled patient who does not have access to home shower (upstairs, etc).

Amazing Product, Company & Customer Service! Purchased the shower for Mom in 2021. Russell helped to make it easy to plumb the hoses directly into the waIl, so she could control everything by herself. As her illness progressed, we found the ramp and very portable shower chair an absolute Godsend. Now in our new home and my husband's recent hospitalization, Russell helped to provide the connectors for the faucet, along with easy to follow instructions. When calling with the credit card details, I learned that Russell had already mailed the equipment. Amazing product, company and Russell!
