Amazing Product, Company & Customer Service! Purchased the shower for Mom in 2021. Russell helped to make it easy to plumb the hoses directly into the waIl, so she could control everything by herself. As her illness progressed, we found the ramp and very portable shower chair an absolute Godsend. Now in our new home and my husband's recent hospitalization, Russell helped to provide the connectors for the faucet, along with easy to follow instructions. When calling with the credit card details, I learned that Russell had already mailed the equipment. Amazing product, company and Russell!

10+ STARS To say, Shower Bay and Russell have been a godsend is an understatement! From the moment we ordered the shower for my husband's mother, Shower Bay has been wonderful. The VP of the company called us prior to shipping to make sure there wasn't anything else we might need for the installation. Unknown to us at the time, was that his parents laundry room sink wasn't a standard size. We contacted Russell and explained the issue and Shower Bay sent us an adapter kit that converted their sink faucet to properly function with the Shower Bay system. Russell also recommended a rubber mat to protect the hardwood flooring. Once installation was complete and testing revealed an issue with the shower head, Shower Bay responded and sent us the correct unit. Thank you Shower Bay and Russell for your help and attention to detail that has allowed my mother-in-law to be able to enjoy showers again!

Impressive Just test ran the shower and it worked extremely well. Assembly was straight forward with no real problems. Worked with the owner Russell through out the entire process and was very impressive with his willingness to walk me through the process and avail himself when I had questions.

Great Product Great product. The roll in shower completely meets the needs for our elder parent allowing us to assist as required once Dad is inside the Unit. Easy plumbing lets us place the Unit where no other bathing access existed prior.

Perspective from an ALS Family My husband with ALS was able to enjoy the Shower Bay for 6 months. The warm water on his muscles helped him feel so much better. Customer Service is excellent and Russell understands the needs & limitations of ALS patients. My husband was able to use the Shower Bay until he needed his Bipap breathing machine almost continuously.
