GB10+ STARS To say, Shower Bay and Russell have been a godsend is an understatement! From the moment we ordered the shower for my husband's mother, Shower Bay has been wonderful. The VP of the company called us prior to shipping to make sure there wasn't anything else we might need for the installation. Unknown to us at the time, was that his parents laundry room sink wasn't a standard size. We contacted Russell and explained the issue and Shower Bay sent us an adapter kit that converted their sink faucet to properly function with the Shower Bay system. Russell also recommended a rubber mat to protect the hardwood flooring. Once installation was complete and testing revealed an issue with the shower head, Shower Bay responded and sent us the correct unit. Thank you Shower Bay and Russell for your help and attention to detail that has allowed my mother-in-law to be able to enjoy showers again!

GBI don't even have the right words for… I don't even have the right words for how life changing, amazing, and awesome the Shower Bay is. I can't walk/am in a wheelchair and our full bathroom is on the second floor. We're still fairly new to this and trying to make a very old home accessible is difficult, expensive and darn near impossible when you're also dealing other life changes. I had been getting sponge baths and also carried upstairs once a week to use the bathtub and a handheld shower. Russell at Shower Bay is absolutely incredible. He answered every question before purchase and followed up after making sure things were all good. We got the Shower Bay via a trucking company that called to schedule drop off, then called before arrival, then went above and beyond to push it thru the door to make sure it didn't get rained on. My husband set it up in 15 minutes!! It's that quick. The only thing that you'll need to wait on is the super cool shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser that takes 24 hours to cure. I put that up after my first shower because I was so excited to use it. The shower itself is AMAZING. My husband rolled me in up the ramp and I showered! Comfortably! The shower head has three settings and you can leave it on the wall so it's like you're just "taking a shower" like a standing person only in a chair then pull it down as needed to use it as a handheld. You can turn the water on and off with a push on the shower head (need hand strength or a helper if you don't have that) No water pools up in the bottom at all while you're showering. It just drains to the pump. It's seriously just like a awesome roll-in shower without the expensive remodel My quality of life has drastically improved since getting this. I'm so thankful it exists.

GBWe are very satified....patient did not… We are very satified....patient did not like the loud noise of the pump...the shower itself was excellent...also patient could not shift position because of disability therefore patient's bottom could not be cleaned easily while seated. Care giver had to go under the seat with hand held shower head to clean patient bottom. Otherwise shower bay is the best alterntive for a disabled patient who does not have access to home shower (upstairs, etc).

GBPerspective from an ALS Family My husband with ALS was able to enjoy the Shower Bay for 6 months. The warm water on his muscles helped him feel so much better. Customer Service is excellent and Russell understands the needs & limitations of ALS patients. My husband was able to use the Shower Bay until he needed his Bipap breathing machine almost continuously.

GBAs advertised. The company was easy to deal with and responsive to my concerns. The one downside was their shipping broker said they would fly it to Hawaii for X amount of dollars, which I paid. Didn't happen. Came by barge. The Company refunded the extra I paid promptly. The unit itself works as advertised. Only change I made was to put a suction shower holder lower on the side. Easier to use and keeps overspray in the enclosure. Great product. I have no problem recommending it.
