Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right chair for me. I am short, 5" 2", so not every chair is right for me. Ryan went through every process, from ordering to delivery, and everything after. The company is there for you years after delivery. Always have someone to talk to for support. The folks at the Massage Chair Store did a great job of directing me to the correct chair plus I was able to get one of their open box deals and paid a lot less than would have at Costco.

Best caring customer service I spoke to a rep the day after I ordered my massage chair. It was great to speak to such a positive human being. I wish I had asked him for his name.
