Follow up to my previous review When I received my new chair I discovered that one of the airbags wasn't inflating and one of the zippers wasn't zipped. A representative from Massage Chair Store called me the next day and arranged for someone to look at my chair. He ordered a couple of parts and I am waiting for him to return to install them. I love the chair and love the customer service. I would definitely recommend Massage Chair Store and the Kyota Yosei M868 4D.

As soon as I made the purchase I received multiple emails thanking me and a phone call to answer any questions I had. The only draw back is it takes so long to get your chair delivered. However, they made that very clear from the beginning. So it’s not a huge deal. I will definitely be buying from here again!
