GBBest caring customer service I spoke to a rep the day after I ordered my massage chair. It was great to speak to such a positive human being. I wish I had asked him for his name. I spoke to him around noon, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Maybe Bernard? As I received an email from him. If it is him, he is such an awesome rep for the company. He answered all of my concerns with enthusiasm and put me at ease, regarding my online purchase the night before. I can’t wait for my massage chair to get here!

GBRick & Ryan were able to answer any… Rick & Ryan were able to answer any questions I asked without any high pressure sales pitch at all! Their role was to educate on how massage chairs work & the differences in 2D, 3D & 4D chairs. Delivery was prompt & they were available to answer any additional questions I had. Wonderful experience!
