GBEveryone was super nice and helpful Everyone was super nice and helpful, from the time I initially purchased the chair, until it was delivered! As soon as I made the purchase I received multiple emails thanking me and a phone call to answer any questions I had. The only draw back is it takes so long to get your chair delivered. However, they made that very clear from the beginning. So it’s not a huge deal. I will definitely be buying from here again!

GBKyota 680 Massage Chair The show room has multiple chairs to demo and I was able to try a few prior to deciding. The delivery company rescheduled once and then didn't know how to put the chair together, but the Chair Store sent someone out a couple days later to assemble the chair properly though. The Chair works great and we are very happy with it so far.

GBBest caring customer service I spoke to a rep the day after I ordered my massage chair. It was great to speak to such a positive human being. I wish I had asked him for his name. I spoke to him around noon, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Maybe Bernard? As I received an email from him. If it is him, he is such an awesome rep for the company. He answered all of my concerns with enthusiasm and put me at ease, regarding my online purchase the night before. I can’t wait for my massage chair to get here!

GBRick & Ryan were able to answer any… Rick & Ryan were able to answer any questions I asked without any high pressure sales pitch at all! Their role was to educate on how massage chairs work & the differences in 2D, 3D & 4D chairs. Delivery was prompt & they were available to answer any additional questions I had. Wonderful experience! Love My Kyota massage chair.
