Everything was as promised and I am very satisfied with my Infinity Evolution massage chair. Knowing the company is available should I have questions is important to me.

As soon as I made the purchase I received multiple emails thanking me and a phone call to answer any questions I had. The only draw back is it takes so long to get your chair delivered. However, they made that very clear from the beginning. So it’s not a huge deal. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Very good service in the purchase of… Very good service in the purchase of our first massage chair. The sales team at the Massage Chair Store were excellent in helping us choose our Kyota Yutaka. I do not have other experiences with massage chairs but this one gives a nice massage and we love it so far. Our chair does squeeze your Achilles heel area too tightly also when the right air bag inflates but we just move our feet up on the rollers to relieve this. Other than that my wife and I put the chair together in about 30 minutes and everything is functioning properly. Definitely seems helpful with sore back muscles and we believe it helps with better sleep at night. My wife loves it !

Make the call first After hours of research on my own via Costco chair try and countless google search of products/reviews, I finally called the chair store. I spoke with Rick and after a zero pressure conversation he recommended a similar chair I was looking at but cheaper in price. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended a call to Rick first to save yourself hours of time.
