GBFollow up to my previous review When I received my new chair I discovered that one of the airbags wasn't inflating and one of the zippers wasn't zipped. A representative from Massage Chair Store called me the next day and arranged for someone to look at my chair. He ordered a couple of parts and I am waiting for him to return to install them. I love the chair and love the customer service. I would definitely recommend Massage Chair Store and the Kyota Yosei M868 4D.

GBJust ordered the chair Just ordered the chair. The whole process was very easy. My salesman was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He explained the whole ordering process and made sure that I understood what was happening. I did check out their competition, when I called the phone rang about 6-8 times before somebody answered on a speakerphone (not exactly professional). I called the Massage Chair Store and they answered on the second ring and answered very professionally. I do recommend this company.

GBMake the call first After hours of research on my own via Costco chair try and countless google search of products/reviews, I finally called the chair store. I spoke with Rick and after a zero pressure conversation he recommended a similar chair I was looking at but cheaper in price. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended a call to Rick first to save yourself hours of time.
