My thoughts on Lensdirect Lensdirect relensed my glasses for almost $110 less than what Walmart asked me to pay. I’m in Texas, they’re in New York, I was apprehensive they would get something wrong with my order. Nope. My glasses came earlier than they told me, they applied the discount which significantly reduced my final payment, Kayla Johnson their customer service rep, patiently answered all my questions, respectfully, even when I said their 30% discount sounded like a bait to me. My glasses are doing everything as they should, I can see clearly far and near because of my new, no line bifocals, it transitioned into the right color when I went into the sun. Thank you Lensdirect. You can tell I’m very happy and grateful. I write reviews for all my online transactions. That’s my little way of looking out for others.
