Not Worth the savings. Support local shops and pay for the convenience. I have ordered from LensDirect several times. I like that their prices are so affordable but I have had issues. On one order they put the wrong prescription in my glasses and most recently it appears that the lenses they used are not the best quality. It's as if there are tiny micro-dust particles throughout. I compared the lenses to an exact same pair I have and I can see the difference. Also, the Customer service phone number doesn't work and the chat either via text or on-line is useless. No one ever comes back on-line.

Lens Direct had my previous order on… Lens Direct had my previous order on file. I tried to order online but that didn't work due to technical issues. I the tried Customer Service. Kissel was a delight. Not only did she have my last order but assisted me in every way possible to order what I wanted. Kissel is a true professional and is a credit to LD. She is knowledgeable and pleasant. I am one happy customer. It's true that Kissel is Customer Happiness!

BiBi and Sharissa have been very kind…have called multiple times BiBi and Sharissa have been very kind to me, especially dealing with my circumstances. I know I'm not always an easy person to deal with, yet these women have always remained courteous, compassionate, kind and professional and I would like to say thank you. However the date of today does not reflect all of the other dates I've interacted with Sharissa. I want to give credit where it's due, which is to both women.

Prescription verifying issue I found the exact same issue from somebody's review. Prescription verification was supposed to be verified in 8 hours but mine wasn't verified. The problem is nothing was sent to my E-mail to notify what the issue was. I was patiently waiting but just wasted 5days with no update, Customer support was not helpful either. Nothing solved just canceled. Never use lens direct again.
