And it was not a foreign call center! More amazing!!!) was super helpful, and accommodating and didn’t make me feel stupid for not being able to follow directions (smh!) I have used LensDirect in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Quality product, and great price! I received my glasses back today with the new replacement lenses and I am thrilled to say LensDirect exceeded my expectations! After I placed the online order order I had a concern and spoke with Sharissa, who was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Less than two weeks after I sent my frames, I have them back and the quality seems to be perfect. The glasses, originally purchased from a big box retailer, were never right due to what seemed to be an aberration in the lens which made a certain spot blurry. Not any longer! That, along with my new prescription, and they are now better than new!

Not Worth the savings. Support local shops and pay for the convenience. I have ordered from LensDirect several times. I like that their prices are so affordable but I have had issues. On one order they put the wrong prescription in my glasses and most recently it appears that the lenses they used are not the best quality. It's as if there are tiny micro-dust particles throughout. I compared the lenses to an exact same pair I have and I can see the difference. Also, the Customer service phone number doesn't work and the chat either via text or on-line is useless. No one ever comes back on-line.
