GBPrescription verifying issue I found the exact same issue from somebody's review. Prescription verification was supposed to be verified in 8 hours but mine wasn't verified. The problem is nothing was sent to my E-mail to notify what the issue was. I was patiently waiting but just wasted 5days with no update, Customer support was not helpful either. Nothing solved just canceled. Never use lens direct again.

GBLens Direct had my previous order on… Lens Direct had my previous order on file. I tried to order online but that didn't work due to technical issues. I the tried Customer Service. Kissel was a delight. Not only did she have my last order but assisted me in every way possible to order what I wanted. Kissel is a true professional and is a credit to LD. She is knowledgeable and pleasant. I am one happy customer. It's true that Kissel is Customer Happiness!
