USSuper easy to follow website Super easy to follow website. I had to call them a couple of times because I had messed up. Everyone I spoke to (like Keisha) (which in of itself was amazing! And it was not a foreign call center! More amazing!!!) was super helpful, and accommodating and didn’t make me feel stupid for not being able to follow directions (smh!) I have used LensDirect in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

USAbove and beyond The whole experience with this company was excellent since the beginning. I needed to correct my pupillary distance and KEISHA took care of that in the most efficient way. I was expecting my old frame back the way I sent them (packed in a box with bubble wrap) and received them carefully packed in a case with a pouch to protect them even after using them at home. Also, it's worth mentioning that I got all that for way less money than going to an optic nearby. LensDirect is EXCELLENT!
