GBThe unit shipped was defective The unit shipped was defective, but after having emailed them a copy of the unusual sound they device made, they were quick to respond and send a shipping label to send the unit back. Even though I don't have a unit, they interaction leaves me very satisfied that I will go back to them for future CPAP need.

GBextremely quiet This CPAP is extremely quiet and I think I am sleeping better. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that there is no option to use it without the humidifier. I turned the heater off and use it with the humidifier empty, but other models have the option of simply closing off the humidifier area and making the machine smaller. I do prefer the Auto Pap.

GBThis is a company I will go to first… This is a company I will go to first for needed medical supplies. They had in stock a desperately needed cough assist machine. I spoke with Steven who reassured me about my concerns of dealing with a new to us online dealer. Placed order Friday afternoon received the machine Saturday morning! Being a refurbished item it had the proper sticker of who did the refurbishment and three pages of tests run on the machine. All the accessories, bag, hose, mask, power plug and instruction booklets were included. Machine looks and acts like new. Glad I found this company and a special thank you to Steven!

GBOutstanding value The price and availability were outstanding - 5*'s Three complaints in the online reviews are not issues for me. 1) Hose extends straight out the back and won't allow the unit to be placed against a wall. This is a non issue since the hose has a small bend radius and doesn't extend much further than the Airsense 10 with the 90° elbow. 2) Unit has AutoStart and no AutoStop. The Airsense 11 has both but clinician has to configure the AutoStop. 3) Water chamber is too small and runs out of water. I used the Airsense 11 for 8 hours last night at the highest humidity setting and still had water remaining this morning. I would have given the purchase a 5 star rating except for 2 items. It took 10 days for the shipment to arrive. Might be out of your control and is a UPS issue instead. I submitted the prescription for the purchase and setup. I expected the unit to be setup per the prescription and ready to use. Since I am technically savvy, I was able to configure the unit and use it this weekend. I will contact the doctor on Monday to verify the settings.
