Great Customer Service I ordered a CPAP machine for my husband to leave at my mother's house so he would not have to transport his every time we spend the night. Steven answered all our questions via chat on the website. After we accidently ordered two units we quickly reached out to Steven again who sorted out our problem the same day. The unit shipped was defective The unit shipped was defective, but after having emailed them a copy of the unusual sound they device made, they were quick to respond and send a shipping label to send the unit back. Even though I don't have a unit, they interaction leaves me very satisfied that I will go back to them for future CPAP need.

Great I have tried several times with amazon to get a cpap tube with connectors on the end to help remove from the machine so I could clean it, and I never could get one with the connectors on it to help make it easier to take off instead of pulling it off. I finally found one maybe a little much but they do really help when you really don't have the strength to pull them off to wash everyday! Thank you

Despite Webpage Problems, good Customer Service Due to a problem with the webpage, I was unable to log into my account to place an order. After numerous attempts to change password and confirm email there was no success. I did chat with a representative and ended up checking out as a guest, and it finally allowed me through the process. Once order was complete, item was shipped and I recieved about a week later via USPS priority.

Excellent Though size a bit small, I can have a whole night deep sleep that I have not for long time before. The design is excellent that is not tighten the forehead, and the structure of the facemask avoid high pitch noise generated during air leakage. Fast delivery and can track the delivery from time to time. Excellent.
