Great support in replacing a recalled machine. I needed to replace my bipap machine due a product recall and the fact that Medicare would not replace mine because it was only 3 years old. I could not live without my machine so decided to bite the bullet and buy one out of pocket. I was told by my Dr/DME supplier that I needed to get a Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV. I searched suppliers and the internet, ultimately finding one at SistemmaCPAP. Steven was extremely helpful and even shipped my system early when it arrived in AZ early. Excellent Though size a bit small, I can have a whole night deep sleep that I have not for long time before. The design is excellent that is not tighten the forehead, and the structure of the facemask avoid high pitch noise generated during air leakage. Fast delivery and can track the delivery from time to time. Excellent.

The unit shipped was defective The unit shipped was defective, but after having emailed them a copy of the unusual sound they device made, they were quick to respond and send a shipping label to send the unit back. Even though I don't have a unit, they interaction leaves me very satisfied that I will go back to them for future CPAP need.

Great I have tried several times with amazon to get a cpap tube with connectors on the end to help remove from the machine so I could clean it, and I never could get one with the connectors on it to help make it easier to take off instead of pulling it off. I finally found one maybe a little much but they do really help when you really don't have the strength to pull them off to wash everyday! Thank you
