Reliable source for supplies We are regular customers. They have a reliable inventory and provide quick and friendly service. Twice they have called to make sure shipping arrangements were right when usps couldn’t find the address in the system. Extra steps like that give us peace about having a long term reliable supplier for replacement parts.

Device not available elsewhere. Superior customer service This was my first order through SistemmaCPAP and I was very impressed. They were able to offer a system that no one had available. And I had some hesitation to place my order. The system was supposed to reach me on a Saturday right before checking out of my hotel. (Tight) In fact I got an early delivery on Thursday. They kept me informed every step of the way. This was a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend SistemmaCPAP!

Despite Webpage Problems, good Customer Service Due to a problem with the webpage, I was unable to log into my account to place an order. After numerous attempts to change password and confirm email there was no success. I did chat with a representative and ended up checking out as a guest, and it finally allowed me through the process. Once order was complete, item was shipped and I recieved about a week later via USPS priority.

Great I have tried several times with amazon to get a cpap tube with connectors on the end to help remove from the machine so I could clean it, and I never could get one with the connectors on it to help make it easier to take off instead of pulling it off. I finally found one maybe a little much but they do really help when you really don't have the strength to pull them off to wash everyday! Thank you
