AUNo customer support Customer support is nonexistent by email. Purchased a CPAP a week ago, I have sent 3 emails over 4 days ago to question an extra part, but no one bothers to reply. After I dug deeper into contacting Sistemma, I came across a chat page, only then I was able to get support on my Query. So don't bother emailing Sistemma if you want any support, maybe they don't have stuff. I haven't received the CPAP yet to comment on it. I was just told I selected the cheapest shipping option and could take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive to Australia. Paying US$87.50 Priority Mail to ship to Melbourne isn't cheap, it's very costly considering the exchange rate, at that price I expect it delivered within 7days, not 3 to 4 weeks. I just googled UPSP Shipping cost to Australia and it states $33 for Priority Mail.

GBGreat I have tried several times with amazon to get a cpap tube with connectors on the end to help remove from the machine so I could clean it, and I never could get one with the connectors on it to help make it easier to take off instead of pulling it off. I finally found one maybe a little much but they do really help when you really don't have the strength to pull them off to wash everyday! Thank you

GBDespite Webpage Problems, good Customer Service Due to a problem with the webpage, I was unable to log into my account to place an order. After numerous attempts to change password and confirm email there was no success. I did chat with a representative and ended up checking out as a guest, and it finally allowed me through the process. Once order was complete, item was shipped and I recieved about a week later via USPS priority.

GBSistemma-What an awesome company Just received my box From Sistemma. The box was in great condition and contents inside were packed with great care with all original resmed boxes. The order process was easy just upload prescription and they do financing which makes it easier to budget for a machine. This is my first Machine and I will definitely use these guys to order again. They had a few glitches on their website which were quickly resolved to making ordering quick and easy. Thank you!!

GBOutstanding value The price and availability were outstanding - 5*'s Three complaints in the online reviews are not issues for me. 1) Hose extends straight out the back and won't allow the unit to be placed against a wall. This is a non issue since the hose has a small bend radius and doesn't extend much further than the Airsense 10 with the 90° elbow. 2) Unit has AutoStart and no AutoStop. The Airsense 11 has both but clinician has to configure the AutoStop. 3) Water chamber is too small and runs out of water. I used the Airsense 11 for 8 hours last night at the highest humidity setting and still had water remaining this morning. I would have given the purchase a 5 star rating except for 2 items. It took 10 days for the shipment to arrive. Might be out of your control and is a UPS issue instead. I submitted the prescription for the purchase and setup. I expected the unit to be setup per the prescription and ready to use. Since I am technically savvy, I was able to configure the unit and use it this weekend. I will contact the doctor on Monday to verify the settings.
