I kept receiving emails or texts stating I owed the full amount of the prescription. Duke Energy representative called you and she could not get it resolved. She called Optum RX (I kept suggesting that to you) and it was approved. I have already received the prescription at no cost to me.

PhilRX did a great job trying to find me the best price. PhilRX did a great job working on getting me the best price possible for my eyedrops. I still could not get them because the cost was just too high. So, I ended up getting a procedure done on my eyes and hoping I won't need the drops. Being retired makes it very difficult once I go in the "donut hole" and I already take a medication that puts me there quickly. I just couldn't afford another one. Thank you PhilRx for all of your hard work and I am sorry that I couldn't take advantage of it.
