GBThe representative said she was trying… The representative said she was trying to get pre authorization from my insurance with Duke Energy. I kept receiving emails or texts stating I owed the full amount of the prescription. Duke Energy representative called you and she could not get it resolved. She called Optum RX (I kept suggesting that to you) and it was approved. I have already received the prescription at no cost to me.

I'm writing to him to share my experience. Further, I asked your staff to write to me in a font I could read and they continued to send the emails in the smallest possible font.
