GBFirst off you telephone service is… First off you telephone service is awful.. garbled and the operators uninformed. They constantly put you on hold to find out answer a callers questions. Secondly, the prompts for questions are sooo small they are unreadable. The first day I entered my email and an easy password. The next day that information showed up invalid when I tried to reply to a call from Phil RX. And that continued through many calls. When I would try to enter a new password ( as it ask me to do ) it would not allow it. Secondly, my meds were promised in two days and were not received for 10 days. This whole process was so aggravating I don’t believe I will ever be a regular customer.

GBMy experience was extremely great… My experience was extremely great two-fold: one was the price you charged, and second was Tana who helped me place my order and also the speed in which my order was filled and extremely fast delivery. Thank you all

GBPhilRX did a great job trying to find me the best price. PhilRX did a great job working on getting me the best price possible for my eyedrops. I still could not get them because the cost was just too high. So, I ended up getting a procedure done on my eyes and hoping I won't need the drops. Being retired makes it very difficult once I go in the "donut hole" and I already take a medication that puts me there quickly. I just couldn't afford another one. Thank you PhilRx for all of your hard work and I am sorry that I couldn't take advantage of it.

GBThe representative said she was trying… The representative said she was trying to get pre authorization from my insurance with Duke Energy. I kept receiving emails or texts stating I owed the full amount of the prescription. Duke Energy representative called you and she could not get it resolved. She called Optum RX (I kept suggesting that to you) and it was approved. I have already received the prescription at no cost to me.
