Mail order prescription great price, slow process The company offers an alternate way of getting medication at a good price. Everyone was pleasant, but it took 2 weeks of multiple phone calls and emails to get my prescription. I was given conflicting information. The authorization process was slow and I had to resubmit information. Hopefully I will receive the medication on the promised date. Getting refills should be much easier.

Pleased with service. At 83 years old, mail order prescriptions were my first-time experience. PhilRx led me through the process and kept me informed on an almost daily basis. If it had been for a 90 day supply would have been better. I understand it is a new drug without a generic. Again, if price was cheaper would have given a 5 star review.
