Online it showed that it was pending insurance when in fact they needed info from me. Instead of reaching out to me it just stayed in pending without contacting me. We got it straight once I decided to call. It was a quick fix and the rest of the process was seamless.

GBMail order prescription great price, slow process The company offers an alternate way of getting medication at a good price. Everyone was pleasant, but it took 2 weeks of multiple phone calls and emails to get my prescription. I was given conflicting information. The authorization process was slow and I had to resubmit information. Hopefully I will receive the medication on the promised date. Getting refills should be much easier.
