GBMail order prescription great price, slow process The company offers an alternate way of getting medication at a good price. Everyone was pleasant, but it took 2 weeks of multiple phone calls and emails to get my prescription. I was given conflicting information. The authorization process was slow and I had to resubmit information. Hopefully I will receive the medication on the promised date. Getting refills should be much easier.

GBGood communication. Script arrived quickly! Great communication. I would have given 5 stars if the price had been cheaper. $60.00 for a month supply is high. If it had been for a 90 day supply would have been better. I understand it is a new drug without a generic. Again, if price was cheaper would have given a 5 star review.

GBCequa Fill PhilRX offered a great price with speedy shipping. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars was because during processing they had an issue with the insurance claim. Online it showed that it was pending insurance when in fact they needed info from me. Instead of reaching out to me it just stayed in pending without contacting me. We got it straight once I decided to call. It was a quick fix and the rest of the process was seamless.

GBThe representative said she was trying… The representative said she was trying to get pre authorization from my insurance with Duke Energy. I kept receiving emails or texts stating I owed the full amount of the prescription. Duke Energy representative called you and she could not get it resolved. She called Optum RX (I kept suggesting that to you) and it was approved. I have already received the prescription at no cost to me.
