GBYou lost the sale! Not for a moment do I believe you made contact w/the my proper PDP. You lost a sale but fortunately I am able to get Tryvaya at CVS for < $400. My eye doctor really pushed you. I'm writing to him to share my experience. Further, I asked your staff to write to me in a font I could read and they continued to send the emails in the smallest possible font. No, for sure, you did not impress me at all.

GBFirst off you telephone service is… First off you telephone service is awful.. garbled and the operators uninformed. They constantly put you on hold to find out answer a callers questions. Secondly, the prompts for questions are sooo small they are unreadable. The first day I entered my email and an easy password. The next day that information showed up invalid when I tried to reply to a call from Phil RX. And that continued through many calls. When I would try to enter a new password ( as it ask me to do ) it would not allow it. Secondly, my meds were promised in two days and were not received for 10 days. This whole process was so aggravating I don’t believe I will ever be a regular customer.

GBGreat assistance Everyone has been very helpful. One teammate actually walked me through the sign up process which I was having some difficulty doing.

GBPhilRX did a great job trying to find me the best price. PhilRX did a great job working on getting me the best price possible for my eyedrops. I still could not get them because the cost was just too high. So, I ended up getting a procedure done on my eyes and hoping I won't need the drops. Being retired makes it very difficult once I go in the "donut hole" and I already take a medication that puts me there quickly. I just couldn't afford another one. Thank you PhilRx for all of your hard work and I am sorry that I couldn't take advantage of it.
