Phil RX outstanding Customer Service Phil RX contacted me regarding my prescription. Gave me updates from the insurance company. Got the preapproval and let me know it was shipping. There isn’t anywhere that you get this great service. I would highly recommend Phil RX for everyone.

Mail order prescription great price, slow process The company offers an alternate way of getting medication at a good price. Everyone was pleasant, but it took 2 weeks of multiple phone calls and emails to get my prescription. I was given conflicting information. The authorization process was slow and I had to resubmit information. Hopefully I will receive the medication on the promised date. Getting refills should be much easier.

PhilRX did a great job trying to find me the best price. PhilRX did a great job working on getting me the best price possible for my eyedrops. I still could not get them because the cost was just too high. So, I ended up getting a procedure done on my eyes and hoping I won't need the drops. Being retired makes it very difficult once I go in the "donut hole" and I already take a medication that puts me there quickly. I just couldn't afford another one. Thank you PhilRx for all of your hard work and I am sorry that I couldn't take advantage of it.
