Not only was she just plain nice, she was endlessly patient, explained all aspects clearly and competently, and was an excellent communicator. Therefore, the entire process was smooth and easy to follow, and we received exactly what was needed for our small business. 10 Stars!!

I recently signed up for ProMerchants… I recently signed up for ProMerchants services and I love that I received great customer service from Davonte. Great low rates and no monthly fees sold me. I recommend ProMerchant to anyone starting a food truck business like I did!

Worst customer service ever. Worst customer service ever. Landon, Sheena, Kevin, Chris, Brett. All these guys are so rude and useless. Charmey.l is another useless guy. They never answer your calls or emails. Please don't waste your time guys.

No response from Promerchant I got signed up with Promerchant but now I can't get anyone to answer my calls and charges has been taken out of my account. I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone and email. No answer!

Dana Brand was AWESOME!! Although I did not end up choosing ProMerchant as my payment processer, I vividly remember Dana Brand. She was super friendly, very responsive, followed up, and made sure I knew she was there for me. If my current processor ever fails me (which is expected in this industry unfortunately), then I'll be calling up Dana.
