Dana Brand was AWESOME!! Although I did not end up choosing ProMerchant as my payment processer, I vividly remember Dana Brand. She was super friendly, very responsive, followed up, and made sure I knew she was there for me. If my current processor ever fails me (which is expected in this industry unfortunately), then I'll be calling up Dana.

Overall just great Overall, I would say Dana Brand made my experience with ProMerchant a big win. Her follow thru and genuine willingness to help a customer was what won me over from doing business with another vendor. Beyond that the ease and prompt service of the delivery was top notch. I would highly recommend.

She quickly approved me for a plan so economical without monthly fees which works perfect for my small business. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Not only was she just plain nice, she was endlessly patient, explained all aspects clearly and competently, and was an excellent communicator.
