Great Experience with Aidan! I recently signed up for ProMerchant services with the help of Aidan. I was exploring a few different options to go with, but Aidan's knowledge and patience with walking me through the process is really what sealed the deal for me. He thoroughly answered all my questions and his communication in general was excellent. He made the whole process seamless for me and I am extremely satisfied with his customer service overall. ExcellantCustomer Service I contacted ProMerchant spoke to Kate DiDucca. I explained our business model. She took my application over the phone and made sure the transition would go smoothly. Within an hour I received approval and I was able to continue to process credit cards. Customer service is very important..Thank you Kate
