Excellent customer service from Dana Brand I was so pleased with my recent experience with Dana Brand at ProMerchant. She patiently walked me through the process and addressed all of my questions and concerns. She also followed up with me as she said she would which is so unusual in typical customer servicce experiences. No response from Promerchant I got signed up with Promerchant but now I can't get anyone to answer my calls and charges has been taken out of my account. I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone and email. No answer!
