NOT HELP US TO OBTAIN THE API KEY Our company 4M IMPORT & EXPORT Inc. After much research we decided to select Promerchant as our ally for credit card payments and payment link with our WooCommerce portal, however the days go by and they do not help us obtain the API serials to connect our platform... we feel that we have been left aside in the middle of the initial step as a new client... our entire organization is shocked by the lack of help at key moments in our business. We don't know why they have forgotten us.

Within an hour I received approval and I was able to continue to process credit cards. Customer service is very important..Thank you Kate
