No response from Promerchant I got signed up with Promerchant but now I can't get anyone to answer my calls and charges has been taken out of my account. I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone and email. No answer!

ExcellantCustomer Service I contacted ProMerchant spoke to Kate DiDucca. I explained our business model. She took my application over the phone and made sure the transition would go smoothly. Within an hour I received approval and I was able to continue to process credit cards. Customer service is very important..Thank you Kate

Great Experience with Aidan! I recently signed up for ProMerchant services with the help of Aidan. I was exploring a few different options to go with, but Aidan's knowledge and patience with walking me through the process is really what sealed the deal for me.
