USNOT HELP US TO OBTAIN THE API KEY Our company 4M IMPORT & EXPORT Inc. After much research we decided to select Promerchant as our ally for credit card payments and payment link with our WooCommerce portal, however the days go by and they do not help us obtain the API serials to connect our platform... we feel that we have been left aside in the middle of the initial step as a new client... our entire organization is shocked by the lack of help at key moments in our business. We don't know why they have forgotten us.

USNo response from Promerchant I got signed up with Promerchant but now I can't get anyone to answer my calls and charges has been taken out of my account. I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone and email. No answer!
