Dana was an amazing help Dana was an amazing help, she answered all of my questions and was very patient walking me through the application process. When I wanted a bit more time to research, she didn't pressure me into a sale and called me back promptly when I left a message.

No response from Promerchant I got signed up with Promerchant but now I can't get anyone to answer my calls and charges has been taken out of my account. I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone and email. No answer!

We got a cheaper rate and the funds were in the account the next business day. Easy to confirm your account. We can accept most credit cards and debit cards. Love the platform to send invoices too. The customers can give tips and save their info if preferred. Lots of options and safe banking experience. Highly recommend.
