GBCustomer Service is always great !! Customer Service is always great. My most recent order has been waiting for Dr. approval, “Canada Pharmacy’s Dr.”for 3 days . It doesn’t usually take this long . Online Chat’ said they will follow up on this, however I do realize they are still within the “5 business days for processing” window.

GBThe representative was quick and… The representative was quick and courteous. She did her job and was excellent at doing so. I asked about getting a tracking number, since I received an email stating order was shipped but had no tracking number yet. She will send the info when the shipping dept responds to her. Your customer service rep gets 5 stars, no tracking number gets a less stellar grade for shipping dept.

GBunfortunately unfortunately, by the time I received the inhaler, I've already been to a different doctor and he prescribed something else. I wish you had a refund policy sitting on $100 inhaler i'll never use.

GBGood price for important medicine. Very good price for a prescribed medicine: 3 times less than in my Pharmacy. Very good service. No problem to peak with a representative via phone or e-mails.' A little bit long delivery time. So, plan ahead.

GBEverything was great until I tried to… Everything was great until I tried to check out. Uploading the prescription did not work (3 tries), and then they gave an option to email it, which also did not work! Finally I got someone on the chat that assisted and I was able to attach the prescription there. After all that I had to remain on the chat another 15 minutes while he asked questions like who is the Dr, my dogs weight, etc all of that information was on the script! Why did I have repeat everything again? Just not a stable web interface.
