Instead the system continues to complain that neither has been processed. All you need do is report to the client “okay we got it, we will let you know if we need anything else!”. Instead what the client sees is that you still need the check image and the prescription image. Doing this would likely take a big burden off od your call center, who have to explain that it takes 24 to 48 hours to “ process”. the images. it would also be helpful if you clearly explained exactly when the check would be cashed!

I asked about getting a tracking number, since I received an email stating order was shipped but had no tracking number yet. She will send the info when the shipping dept responds to her. Your customer service rep gets 5 stars, no tracking number gets a less stellar grade for shipping dept.
