GBWebsite does not recognize if there is… Website does not recognize if there is an active prescription in the system. It leads the customer to call when the alert pops up to fax in a prescription before they can proceed. Why do we have the website when we end up calling anyway? Frustrating!!!!!! Your online chat was not helpful and just kept repeating canned responses. Not happy

GBunfortunately unfortunately, by the time I received the inhaler, I've already been to a different doctor and he prescribed something else. I wish you had a refund policy sitting on $100 inhaler i'll never use.

GBPayment & Refill Joyce answered all my questions regarding whether I had to mail them a physical copy of my check & if the prescription had any refills left. They had mailed the prescription out before they had even processed the payment. Just incredible. I have noticed in takes around a month to receive grandma's medications.
