Payment & Refill Joyce answered all my questions regarding whether I had to mail them a physical copy of my check & if the prescription had any refills left. They had mailed the prescription out before they had even processed the payment. Just incredible. I have noticed in takes around a month to receive grandma's medications.

when a client uploads an image of a… when a client uploads an image of a check and a prescription, There should be an acknowledgement if this. Instead the system continues to complain that neither has been processed. All you need do is report to the client “okay we got it, we will let you know if we need anything else!”. Instead what the client sees is that you still need the check image and the prescription image. Doing this would likely take a big burden off od your call center, who have to explain that it takes 24 to 48 hours to “ process”. the images. it would also be helpful if you clearly explained exactly when the check would be cashed!

This was my first order with Canada… This was my first order with Canada pharmacy. I found the customer service to be very good. The item I ordered was on back order. They kept me up-to-date on the order .I received an email saying it was shipped and I received it within several days.
