GBI called in for my first order and the… I called in for my first order and the person I spoke with ( immediately) was so nice and walked me through the entire process. My script came sooner than I expected and will definitely use Canadian pharmacy for my refills.

GBI just made my first order from the… I just made my first order from the USA, to save costs on my medication. It was a very involved for my initial order but necessary to confirm prescription. It takes several days from order, confirmation and the shipping takes up to 5 days. My medication needs to be refrigerated though so I hope it arrives still cool. We shall see. The chat service was very helpful giving me a tracking number today! Hopeful this all goes well. So far so good!

GBThe representative was quick and… The representative was quick and courteous. She did her job and was excellent at doing so. I asked about getting a tracking number, since I received an email stating order was shipped but had no tracking number yet. She will send the info when the shipping dept responds to her. Your customer service rep gets 5 stars, no tracking number gets a less stellar grade for shipping dept.

GBWebsite does not recognize if there is… Website does not recognize if there is an active prescription in the system. It leads the customer to call when the alert pops up to fax in a prescription before they can proceed. Why do we have the website when we end up calling anyway? Frustrating!!!!!! Your online chat was not helpful and just kept repeating canned responses. Not happy
