GBI’m very disappointed in the way this… I’m very disappointed in the way this company is treating me. I placed an order Feb 13th and it still hasn’t been shipped! Staff has been promising it would ship in a couple of days for months now. Very disappointed and frustrated with Canada pharmacy service.

GBVery good service Very good service. There were some delays with them acknowledging my doc's confirmation but once I brought it to their attention, they immediately released the prescription for shipment. Very pleasant and helpful customer service agent. "Anne".

GBunfortunately unfortunately, by the time I received the inhaler, I've already been to a different doctor and he prescribed something else. I wish you had a refund policy sitting on $100 inhaler i'll never use.

GBThe representative was quick and… The representative was quick and courteous. She did her job and was excellent at doing so. I asked about getting a tracking number, since I received an email stating order was shipped but had no tracking number yet. She will send the info when the shipping dept responds to her. Your customer service rep gets 5 stars, no tracking number gets a less stellar grade for shipping dept.

GBwhen a client uploads an image of a… when a client uploads an image of a check and a prescription, There should be an acknowledgement if this. Instead the system continues to complain that neither has been processed. All you need do is report to the client “okay we got it, we will let you know if we need anything else!”. Instead what the client sees is that you still need the check image and the prescription image. Doing this would likely take a big burden off od your call center, who have to explain that it takes 24 to 48 hours to “ process”. the images. it would also be helpful if you clearly explained exactly when the check would be cashed!
