It takes several days from order, confirmation and the shipping takes up to 5 days. My medication needs to be refrigerated though so I hope it arrives still cool. We shall see. The chat service was very helpful giving me a tracking number today! Hopeful this all goes well. So far so good!

Instead the system continues to complain that neither has been processed. All you need do is report to the client “okay we got it, we will let you know if we need anything else!”. Instead what the client sees is that you still need the check image and the prescription image. Doing this would likely take a big burden off od your call center, who have to explain that it takes 24 to 48 hours to “ process”. the images. it would also be helpful if you clearly explained exactly when the check would be cashed!

Payment & Refill Joyce answered all my questions regarding whether I had to mail them a physical copy of my check & if the prescription had any refills left. They had mailed the prescription out before they had even processed the payment. Just incredible. I have noticed in takes around a month to receive grandma's medications.

Prepare to be a week without meds Had issues with filling my rx initially (long delayed and drawn out process) and was like to believe the refill process would be much easier and faster. I was told I could only put in a refill request one month from the date of last shipment. I did this and it took half a month for the refill to process and ship. Obviously, that means I need to go several weeks without medication, which in many cases and for many people means withdrawal or discontinuation syndrome. This is just irresponsible.
